It was a good experience dealing with this shop on my tow truck service. Good job they performed.

They got us off the freeway late at night after our trailer burnt up a wheel bearing. We were hoping for a speedy repair but had to wait on parts. The repair they made was done properly and the trailer is back on the road.

Best mechanics in town.he came in 5 minutes at the shop even after hours.fill refrigerant in my refer in 30 minutes. The mechanics are very courteous, polite speaking and very help.the charged me very decent.they are very good priced.i always recommend these mechanics to everyone.

Brake chamber went out passing thru El Centro. Raul came out & had it fixed in no time. Polite & professional would highly recommend them!

My Volvo VNL 670 truck broke down in El Centro, I figured out very quickly that the starter needed to be replaced. I had the spare part, but was in need of a repair shop to install it. My truck also needed to be towed.

I am going to be honest, after reading all the recent bad reviews, I was hesitant to use their service, but I felt like I had no choice. Closest Volvo repair shop was in San Diego (110 miles), towing my truck over there would cost me $1500. I decided to go for it, and contacted American Truck and Trailer Repair on thursday afternoon by 1: 30 pm.they promised me to send over a company to get me towed to their repair shop. They did. By 4 PM towing company arrived, by 4: 30 the truck was at the repair shop. Unfortunately, they close at 5 pm, so no work was done that day. The owner guaranteed that they would look at it, early Friday morning. They did. They started working on my rig at 9 am, there were some issues to get the old starter out, but by 2 pm the new one was installed. Turned out on of my batteries was broken too. I decided to replace all 4 of them. By 4: 30 I was back in business. Although people claimed in earlier reviews, the whole business is a rip-off, I was actually quite surprised by the invoice. Repairs on trucks never come cheap, but I felt like this was an honest quotation. I paid $1450, that is 4 truck batteries included, and most of the time 2 people working non stop at my truck. I was up and running in about 24 hours. I also like to mention that my colleague from Logistic department in our office stayed in touch with the owner, and he was always kind enough to take the time to explain what they were doing in what time frame. My experience was very positive, I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Highly recommended for all your diesel needs. Chango took care of my check engine light and made sure all my fluids were all good to go. Over all great experience and highly recommended.

Transmission took a dump coming down that dam hill, called these fellers up and they had a mechanic on site 40 minutes later and got my rig tighten up to get to their shop, these ol boys got on it, had me up n running in no time

DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PERSONNEL. OVER CHARGE FOR WORK THAT CAN BE DONE IN HOURS TO BE DELAYED BY DAYS TO OVERCHARE. BEWARE THIEFS. THE MECHANIC LUIS HAS NO PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF HIS JOB

Worst experience in the IV. 2 weeks to get my truck back for something minor, absolutely no communication with the front office, changed parts without my consent that had nothing to do the problem and then billed me for them, when refused to pay for them got cursed at by the owner and one of the workers. Will not recomend the place to my worst enemy!

Please Please Avoid them, I called road service for air hose leak, I can hear the leak sound but can't find out where was it coming.so the guy who came did look around a little and called their office discuss with them i don't know what and told me my truck compressor is bad, He was trying to convince me to tow my truck to their shop and will repair compressor there. I knew it was not compressor, so i declined their service and towed my truck to my Local mechanic 100 Miles and we found that there was a air hose leak and the air tank valve was bad.
These guys are fraud, don, t call them drivers be safe. Thank You

Ridiculous pricing! AVOID at all costs! $620 for a belt tensioner and $200 for a fan belt.plus $1000 of labor (driving 1hr to location!)

Too expensive, unexperienced mechanics for refeer repairs not fixed my refeer but charged me 1200$ be carefull drivers they will definitely charge u high problem fixed or not doesn't matters for them.
