American Drain Works and Plumbing are always curtious and professional. Lalo came in assessed the problem and got it handled as usual. I can’t recommend them enough, we’re always satisfied.

Turned out I only needed a snake, but, in the time that took, Lalo gave me an education in plumbing - to where I can see in my mind's eye how water and pipes work in my place. Invaluable! Now I can be more specific about a problem when I next call the wonderful Michael at the office. Lalo did the job he was paid for, but then, beyond that, he gifted me service. Truly appreciated.

Had American Drainworks highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. From Connie's professional and friendly demeanor on the phone, to Lalo's timely, professional, and highly competent work installing our new faucet and servicing our water heater, we were highly satisfied.

Connie and Michael were wonderful! They responded to my Yelp inquiry in under 10 minutes, and when I spoke to Michael he asked great questions about my aunt's issue that I was calling about-she's 90 years old with dementia and was due to be discharged from a rehab center the next day and her shower and toilet at her Marina del Rey condo weren't working.

I had previously hired another (terrible) plumber who had been recommended by the condo's HOA, and he didn't communicate pricing or specifics, and ended up waaaay overcharging me to fix 3 sinks and didn't even address the master shower/toilet issue.

Michael was able to get a technician out within a few hours, and after the technician left, Connie and Michael called and explained the situation as well as their pricing, which-after having been taken advantage of by the previous plumber-was very much appreciated and quite a deal.

Highly recommend and I'm trying to get my aunt's condo HOA to hire them and fire the existing plumber!:)

Connie is amazing. I had a plumbing emergency yesterday and even though she couldn't personally help that day due to scheduling, she still spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining what was going on, what I should be discussing with my landlord, and providing tips to help me with the situation moving forward. She took time out of her busy day just to empower me with knowledge and I feel so grateful. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Connie and her team are fantastic. Tomas and Lalo came out and stuck a camera in my line and showed me what’s going on down there! They explained everything they found and gave me clear guidance on what’s next. Very reasonable price, super friendly, woman-owned business.

We worked with American Drain Works in the past and had a great experience, so naturally we turned to them again when an issue flared up with our garbage disposal. My toilet job was done completely, quickly, and at a fair price. They were in and out in no time and my toilet works like new!

We needed a plumber to come by and find a gas leak behind a wall. The personable Connie at American Drainworks & Plumbing clearly explained the process … it turns out that Connie is the boss AND a licensed plumber! She got us booked in pronto, and Lalo and Tomas arrived right on time and got to work. Lalo, too, explained clearly what needed to be done — and they fixed the leak with minimal fuss, time, and money. Aside from their professionalism, these guys are SUPER nice people! As we said to Connie: “It was no fun being told by the gas company that we had a leak behind a wall. That’s pretty stressful! But it was worth it, to find you guys for the future. ” Wouldn’t call anyone else.
