American Eagle & Aerie Outlet

First time at this particular Aerie location. Two staff members chose to ignore me despite that fact that I had been waiting in line for minutes. They chose to talk to each other instead. As one walked away, I had to ask if I would be helped. The associate who rang me up actually walked away from the register to hang up an item while I used my card to pay for my things. Very rude after already ignoring me once. Didn’t even get a simple “thank you. ” First and LAST time going shopping here. Horrible experience that definitely doesn’t sit right with me.

I walked over to the GAP and received much better service- actual service!

I had a horrible experience at the American Eagle & Aerie Outlet at the Citadel Outlet Mall. I was there for an exchange, but the associates refused to help me. I mentioned that I had recently opened a credit card, but I had not received it. 2 associates refused to look up my account. One of them simply approached the register and said she couldn't do anything. I asked to look up my account with social and ID.

She refused, turned her back on me and continued folding clothes instead of trying to resolve the issue or at least "pretend". I am very unsatisfied with the lack of customer service in this store. Not to mention I was going to purchase more items. I will not be returning to this store. I am also thinking of closing my credit account as soon as I can.

I had to drive to the A&E over at the Outlets of Orange. They were able to help me! Store manager was shadowing the associate the whole time to process the exchange. Props to them. Made me feel welcomed, friendly staff and neat store. Unlike this this store!

Jeans I saw in sale Saud 29.99 and cashier said 39.99 because I tried on the jeans and tag fell of and couldn't find it but when she rang it up the jeans said unavailable so strange

Second time coming to this location… service is horrible. Staff do not know how to service clients, check outs take forever (because staff are chit chatting with themselves) while customers are waiting in the line. Aside from this an outlet is a place where older styles get sold so reconsider your prices as they are too expensive considering they’re aren’t new trends.

This was my first time shopping at Aerie. I was interested in the sales since they aren't affordable normally priced. I picked up 2 bralettes and 1 bra for $60. About what I would pay at PINK. But these feel so much better. I have to find some way to pay for these regular price or go elsewhere. The staff was extremely nice and even more helpful. The best service I've had while trying on clothes. They will literally bring you another size, style or color if requested. I hate how much I loved it!

Super, as for recently are open back at 3/4 of full capacity, the great stuff couldn't wait any longer, on top of it, the clearance makes it even more exciting

Black Friday!

- On our way to shop for the best deals of the year, we decided to go too citadel outlets too get some quick shopping done. Citadel was very filled with lines everywhere and a large amount of people. Our hopes were low as our desire of women swimsuits was being devastated. Different malls and nobody had any. AEO & Aerie were our last hope as were forming line we politely asked a store associate if they had any swimsuits, she proceeded to go check and brought back some recasting news saying they might not have some. As we still waited in line, a store manager came upon us saying they might have some swimsuits in the back. This manager name was MARIA ELENA. Also know as Mel. She allowed us too go inside Aerie without making line as lines were separate from AEO. She proceeded too explain briefly too look online for the swimsuits we desired and she would lovely check in the boxes in the back if they had any. This store manager was polite from the start to the end. Her customer service skills were incredible and she was the definition of a great employee and definitely a person too look up too. She went to the back after we proceed to show her our desires. As we waited and looked around. 20 minutes later she came out with everything we expected and more. She gave us different options and explained everything Amazingly. Never in my life have I ever had an experience where the store manager took time out of what she/he is doing especially on Black Friday just too make our days better. She definitely deserves too be brought up too management for her great efforts and dedication of her job. I want too thank MARIA ELENA for everything and for putting a smile into my girlfriends face. Thank you AEO for the great experience.

Not a very good sale for Black Friday weekend. Needed a gift card and Manager helped me without waiting in long checkout line.

, I wanted to buy something with a discount when I paid for it, they told me that I didn't have it and they didn't want to check where I got it

This place got some nice styles for men. Love the jackets. Prices are a penny though but material is lasting. Like penaltin shirts. I recommend if you like looking nice as a man.
