I bought a 3 pack crew tee, it only had 2 and I’m not even going to try and fight it because they’ll obviously think I’m lying

Quality of product is not all that great, but then there is the return procedure which requires too much personal information. There is also the time spent for a return… excessive and unnecessary. To reiterate, the product lacks quality, which leads to an exchange or return, but when the exchange is not possible due to product availability, then it becomes an unnecessary waste of time. Definitely not shopping in any American Eagle store, starting with this one.

Just got yelled and kicked out by a lady so rude
they way she yelled at me and my friend.supposedly they were closed but doors were open! Never returning to this store staff is very rude!

Staff wears Inappropriate attire in the store on 7/24 at the Block of Orange. Young lady was literally wearing a white barely there cropped bralette as a shirt. This gives the younger impressionable customers the wrong idea for appropriate dress. She is representing the AE for shorts and tee shirts, not Victoria secrets undergarments. Love the store BTW! But not impressed with the staff's clothing attire lately! Do better young workers!

They had some pretty good at prices at this outlet store.we purchased a few items and will be returning soon for some others.it did have a small line outside but i'm glad they're trying to enforce some of the CoViD guidelines by keeping less people in the store.

The host at the door was awawesome. Great customer service all around. Store was clean and tidy

Serious question: Why are customers required to give their name before entering the store? I just wanted to browse and look at the clothes, but there was an employee blocking the door and repeatedly demanding to know my name. Why? When I said no, I was given a very sarcastic “Awesome! ” I’m sure his function is meant to be that of a greeter. However, from the customer’s perspective, I just felt harassed. When I left the store, the same guy was giving me a very dirty look. I won’t be going back.

Let me just say THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! I forgot her name but she was out front, Yasmine I think but anyway. She is absolutely the kindest. Another employee shoutout is Charlie. I wanted to almost cry. There was a women struggling to find jeans because of her body size and he made her feel so valid. Saying how she is beautiful and how the size doesn’t define her. My jaw dropped it was amazing. The employees were so kind and the store was very clean.

Floor and dressing room associates and cashiers

Really friendly associate greeted me outside to ask if I was picking up an online order. I was. She confirmed and had it brought out to me right away. Did not have to go inside.

Hello, I'm giving the store a bad review. First, they don't have the fitting rooms available, what is the propuse of having an open store if you cannot fit the clothes. Second, they said that they had bogo, buy one get one 50% off. So, when checking my ticket I saw they actually applied a discount, but it was not the 50%. However, makes me upset that I spent $400 in 7 jeans and I didn't even had the chance of fitting them. In conclusion, there are no real sales and no fitting rooms

Had a great time at American Eagle Outlet. Always fun styles and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Finding a piece for me on a rack in the back! So kind. Must check it out.
