5 American eagle as a brand is good but the sales people at this store are super rude and are not at all people’s person. I had to try on some merchandise and so asked them to open up the trial rooms to which they rolled their eyes on me
Totally unnecessary and very rude.
Please avoid going to this location if you can.
On Black Friday, the lines were prohibitive. Sadly, the one item I wanted was not on sale and the price they were charging was ridiculous.
Managers here like Nicole are so rude and it’s such a disappointment. Came in to do a return and was so rude and had such a bad attitude. Never coming back to this store. Called cooperate. Hopefully they do something about their “customer service”
As I’m typing this review, first thing I see is a review VERY similar to my situation.
Came in today to return some pants (didn’t realize I took off tags) and the Manger ASHLEY explains that she can’t return that pants because they don’t have tags even though we had a receipt. Which is completely understandable, but then she follows up with a rude comment by saying the pants smelled like tide so they clearly were washed. Which is not true, never wore nor washed the pants NOR do I use tide. Felt like that was very rude on her part to even say, she could have simply said sorry I apologize and say we can’t return due to no tags but instead followed up with saying they smelled. Also asked for corporate number and she gave me the Customer Service number instead and told me she can’t give out any other number which makes no sense, when I called back to ask for correct number she just proceeded to be rude and talked over me the whole time. Needs to be fired, definitely not a people’s person and should have handled that in a professional manner.
The “manager” Ashley would not return a pair of pants I had bought a day before because of “smell” I feel offended because they clearly did not. I drove over an hour away just to not get any help so disappointed!
