6I had a great experience today, I had some shorts to exchange and Bionca was so helpful and the gentleman checking me out had a great attitude and was so friendly.

Everything is online but it’s still easier to return in the store. I love making my returns here, easy policy and everyone working is so sweet. They all seem happy to be there and are always so helpful and caring. Bianca is especially sweet and always helpful.

Dissatisfied with the return policy in store, after speaking with an online assistant there is no time frame for returns on defective items even if the item is used with out tags (and with a small stain). Drove 40 minutes to the mall just to be kindly turned away by the store manager based on her own policy but processed the online return as the policy stated used and washed items without a tag can be returned even after 30 days. Will unlikely shop at this precise location again.
Had a wonderful experience doing my exchange. There was a huge line and the male associate, was kind, patient and very helpful! Way better experience then the location at the Escondido Mall. One of the managers, Marlene, is horrible when it comes to customer service. The longer drive was well worth it!
