9This team and my optometrist, Dr. Roula and my ophthalmologist surgeon, Dr. Ip had been such a tremendous help on getting me diagnosed and treated. The setup team, recovery team, the nurse and anesthesiologist on the day of my surgery definitely put me in ease and was just beyond awesome. Thank you all!
All staff members were considerate and helpful. I am very pleased with the results of the surgery. I would recommend the clinic to family and friends.
This review is based soley on their billing department. Their doctors and other staff have been wonderful. Their billing has been a nightmare.
My mother was a cash patient and seen in Feb and March of 2022. She then was put on MediCal after receiving a stage 4 cancer diagnosis in May 2022. We were told that we could be reimbursed for any appts up to 3 months prior. I contacted their billing department and they assured me they would handle everything for us. It's been 7 months and we still haven't been reimbursed. Cathy and Andrea kept giving me the runaround and their supervisor Kelly has yet to return my calls. The worst part is my mother passed last December and now everything has become more difficult. If they had done their job at the time they were 1st contacted I wouldn't have to be dealing with this now. They were paid twice for my mom's visits and still haven't released reimbursement. I will be filing a complaint with State Medical Board.
Great place if looking for eye doctor. Love my eye Dr. Sassani. Staff is friendly and nice. No problems. I didn’t like Castillo Institute so I’m glad I found this place.
Dr Skaf, and his team, are amazing at what they do. I highly recommend them if you have any eyecare issues. I’m a difficult case, with my medical problems, and they have done really right by me.

I showed up for my appointment it was pretty fast, good people attitude.all in all was a good experience.
