Wonderful service. I wish I could remember the name of the associate who helped me. She was kind and attentive without being pushy. I needed delivery quickly and she patiently took extra time to to arrange for them to accommodate. The furniture arrived as expected and was assembled and placed. They even took away extra cardboard I had from unpacking. Thank you!

We absolutely love our new couch! We searched a while for a deep seated comfortable sectional and the price was just unbelievable! The salesman and customer service was extremely good and easy going. We’ll definitely be shopping here again and again.

The showroom is not only massive, it also has a great selection of furniture for various styles. Our salesman, Nate, was very professional and knowledgeable. We brought our 3 kids with us and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was a kid’s movie playing on one of the displays and that kept them busy while we wrapped up the paperwork. The store is beautiful, family friendly, and best of all, affordable!

A couple days ago I went to American Furniture Galleries and was very pleased with my experience. I ended up buying a couple items that were on clearance. The items were of excellent quality and I plan to return for additional purchases. The salesperson Angel delivered above and beyond customer service; he was extremely courteous, helpful and patient. I recommend him for all your transactions. In addition, everyone at the store is nice. Great experience from the time I walked in and left.

Seriko was very helpful and quite patient with all my questions. I came back 3 times with questions and measurements. He even took time from another customer he was helping to assist me. I was hoping they would negotiate a bit, but the they dont. On the final day, Seriko wasntcsorking, but the gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and finalized my transaction for me. The furniture I purchased seems to be of good quality and I'm looking forward to my upcoming delivery.

I wasn't expecting to go way across the other side of town to pick up my recliner. But the salesman was "top shelf" professional and answered all my questions and never tried to sell me something I didn't want.
There's a "lift" box spring I'm coming back for next month too.

Our experience was great and our salesman was even better! From the first night until the day we purchased out dinette set, Galim was on it and brought the facts to the table with no pressure. Friendly atmosphere with lots to choose from, we will definitely be back!

The costumer service at buying time is great! However after having an issue with a table I bought I have not got an answer back from the manager. I made a complaint 9 days ago and have email them and they put excuses after excuses to avoid giving me an answer! I was hoping to get my living room set from them. Unfortunately i will look some where else! Thank you for your response America furniture galleries!

Had a great experience there with Jay who helped me. He was quick in helping me find the perfect dresser and the filling out my information process and easy. Definitely recommend going here for furniture.

This was the third Am Fur. Gal.store I visited within two days and by-far the worst experience I've had in any store, ever. Sales person was overly 'attentive' and rude when I declined to purchase anything. There are some nice specials to be had, but I will never be returning to this location.

I feel the sale person did a good job with helping me find things within my budget, and kudos to him for getting all my purchases delivered the next day.

Great experience working with salesman. No pressure, lead me to areas of importance to me and allowed me to examine furniture on my own. Lots of inventory to review, some very nice pieces.

Van is always a help, He has been helping me for years and has never rushed me, always shows me the stuff that I want even when I paint a flimsy picture with my description. Van is definitely in the business of getting people the things they want and need. Thanks Van

We were in and out in about a half hour with a beautiful reclining sofa and matching recliner at a great price. We told the salesman what we wanted and he told us that the specific one we saw on the website had to be ordered (about 2 weeks) but showed us comparable items that we ended up purchasing with a five year warranty. Overall great service and quality. Definitely going back when I need another piece of furniture.

I really appreciate when I walked into the store I was approached by a very nice sale person that wasn't pushy i explained to him what I wanted and he didn't try to sale me something more expensive. I purchased my kitchen table and living room furniture. Next is my bedroom set.
