7Joseph Coles with AHS made the experience extremely fast and easy. Rolling over a traditional IRA can be challenging, and Joseph and his team helped navigate through the process. What stood out the most is the responsiveness of the whole team.
I originally contacted American Hartford Gold in February of 2023. I was requesting information to read through at home at my leisure. Instead, they hounded me by phone until I caved and signed my 401K over to an IRA through them without having enough information. They did ask me several times if I had any questions but how can you ask useful questions without knowing what those questions should be? I sure have questions now! And they never took my beneficiary information. So who gets my money if I die tomorrow? Surely not those I would put in place.
Kevin Bradshaw is the sole reason I continued with this transaction. He truly and professionally appreciated my concerns. Kevin patiently addressed my MANY questions and was NEVER pushy.
