WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kevin in customer service started getting SO RUDE and actually HUNG UP on me? I would never ever talk to someone the way he spoke to me. Tried to talk to Haylie the account manager and she was not at all concerned with the way he spoke/acted. No wonder this place has a 1 star rating Never Will I Ever rent through them again

I have always made my payments on time and have never missed a single payment. Honda put a remark on my credit report as missing a payment or being 30 days late on a payment. This dropped my credit score to a point where my VETERANS home loan wasn’t able to be processed. I would not recommend ever using Honda financial services for anything. Customer service is absolutely horrible and good luck talking to any kid of supervisor! I have been calling almost everyday for 3 weeks straight to try and get this problem resolved and NO ONE has even attempted to resolve the issue at all. This is fraudulent! They should be put out of trust as they are not doing honest business. They ruined my ability to get my kids and myself in a comfortable home before winter.

Specifically to the customer service representative Eric on Aug 25th 2023. He was incredibly rude, when trying to explain what we were told previously about qualified for an extension he continued to cut us off aggressively. Telling us that we clearly don't understand the policy on extentions (but lack of explanation). I have a huge amount of patience and calmness when It comes to speaking to anyone, but this gentleman was extremely rude causing me to instead of arguing with him back, I decided to hang up and breathe. When calling back, I believe I had reached him again. I heard a male cough and then he hung up. This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Due to account problems on their side, they couldn't unlock my password. After calling four times, finally reached one individual that could help almost 4 hours of phone time

My account was logged in from a previous car and couldn't get my account unlocked as I kept asking. Are you sure I don't need to make a payment over the phone? They said no because you have one more week before your payment is due. Instead they put it on my credit and it ended up making me pay more for my house because they messed up and put two marks on my credit on my first payment. Horrible company 50 thousand dollar mistake using them. Go to your bank. Go anywhere to get a loan. Do not use Honda credit. I called them and ask them to remove at least one of the bad notes they put on there for my one time on my first time making a payment and they could not and would not. I spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to talk to me different individuals and they kept saying they cannot and they don't know how.

Absolute garbage! Waiting over 2 months for the title of a vehicle I paid off. Then blame me for not summiting paperwork I never had. Customer service is either incompetent or disrespectful. Just my personal experience.

They refuse to send the payoff of my vehicle. Requested it more than 4 times and they said they sent it out. Coincidence that it got "lost" in the mail that many times? Don't buy a Honda vehicle unless you want stress. They lie too much.

If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would. We have gotten lied to and given the run-around by Honda Finance for 2 weeks now. We are trying to get the title transfered to a new state due to moving, and every time we call and speak to someone, we are told a completely different story. We have been lied to by multiple people in the title department and the customer service department, and when we call them out on their lies they become extremely rude and unprofessional. No one seems to know the right answer to our questions, so they lie to get us off the phone. While a few of their phone reps have been professional and polite, for the most part they have been incredibly rude. At this point, we just want to pay off our vehicle as fast as possible so we never have to deal with them again; Honda has absolutely lost a customer in us, and I will make sure to let others know how terrible their customer service and financing process is.

Bad customer service and they don't care about the customer all they care about is money they will repo your can and a heart beat don't ever Finance from them the car dealership there ok.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I can give a 0 review or even negative review I would. I paid off my vehicle and they have not mailed our title nor our lien release. We had to go to the secretary of state to get a copy of our title. With regards to our lien release, we called the customer service multiple times to fax a copy and they said they will. Until now, I have not received it, I called them multiple times and they said the fax number is incorrect and tried faxing it 4 times to no avail. Gave then the fax number again I was advised the same. (Will fax again, wait 24hrs to 48 hrs), day passed nothing. I called them again and ask for a supervisor and was told that I have to wait for few days for a call back and the agent - name is “Tamika” was being rude and transferred me to an automated system.

If I can reach out to the CEO because this institution needs to do a good job in improving their customer service. We as buyers don’t have to go through issues like this. This should not be as complicated as what it was today! I HATED the system, I hated the CS that assisted me. I used to be a customer service and I know what it takes to care for your clients/customers but today has been ridiculous.

Their office is continuously closed. They never sent my title and will not respond to phone calls or emails. This is the worst company I’ve ever had the unfortunate need to work with. Honda do something about this please! You’re better than this!

It is amazing how horrible the reviews are on here! I have been a Honda customer for 20 years, 4 different Hondas, and Honda Finance's terrible treatment and their total inability to do any of their jobs has alienated me so much that I will never do business with Honda again. I have a $726 positive balance on my account which I have spent a month trying to use toward my balance and have called in 4 times to try and use and each time they say it will be done and it never is. I am now past due on my account and customer service never does anything but say it is being dealt with and to wait.

PSA: Don't buy a car with Honda. I've been a customer for years and 99% of my experience with Honda has been bad. Poor customer service, financial errors on their end that result in credit issues, non-existent follow-up skills, and to top it off, my new car of 2 weeks already has a defective part that has to replaced. Financial dept, service dept, dealerships - all a waste of your time.

Update: Maggy at AHFS is excluded from my review above. She was so helpful, patient and kind and if you ever have to call them I hope you get connected with her.

I give them 1 star due to the fact that they say they open at 9am. I called multiple times at 9: 30am yet their answering system hangs up on me because “they aren’t open at this time” if you open at 9am your phones should be working at 9am. Online it says they open at 8am so there needs to be some fixing of this issue. It’s ridiculous that I have to call multiple times throughout the day when I’m only trying to pay my car payment.

Horrible company. I talk to two different people one on the 11th and one on the 20th was told to make a payment by 25th and they would put a payment in the back well on the 18th I made the payment and called and was told to call back when payment post which usually takes 3 business days so I call on 25th and then was told they couldn’t do it asked for a manager to call and the woman had the audacity to call my husband a liar and then tried to say the same to me. She had my blood pressure so high we ended up hanging up! They are the ones who lied and where does a manager to a big company think she can call us a liar. They recorded calls maybe they should listen to the calls I had on the 11th and 20th and hear for them selves! That woman has no right to talk to customers! Honda you need to do better! Highly disappointed with your company and how you treat your customers!
