If you get the right person they can make things easier. However, there are certain people who work there that really don't know what they are doing. Multiple mistakes and misunderstandings made, and ended up being quite a hassle. And in the end, my car was registered with the wrong name on the registration. I now need to fix that problem - I'll be just going directly to the DMV to handle it and remove the middle man.

This place is ok at doing the bare minimum. Communication is beyond poor, and customer service is non existent by a few of them. Gave them two stars because I at least got what I needed. If you are a new owner operator or carrier, definitely stay away. I reached out to another company and unfortunately already submitted my application with these guys. The company I called was way more helpful and I wasn't even a customer. BEWARE if you are new and need questions answered, they will make you feel like you are annoying them, even though you paid for the service.

I have been doing business with American Licensing for 7-8 years and never had any problems. For sure the costumer service become the worse since they changed to DISA.

I have been using their services over two years. I was happy with them before they made all this changes. Every since Sandra and Amber left the company, everything went downhill. I’m taking my business elsewhere

Never never get back to DISA, when they used to be an American licensing did my registration over the road in couple days, with old workers. Now 30 days still waiting for registration and ifta paying inshurance and truck payment, which hearts a lot. They don’t even care, don’t go back to them my suggestion. I wish my review help to new customers. Ask before you do they told me a week, but it’s 5 th week. Killing me softly

Huge place, 6 people sitting at desks with no customers plus a receptionist. Walked in and told they cannot help me as they are understaffed. What a joke!

I agree with all the other recent reviews. Horrible customer service since Amber and Sandra left. I have a small fleet of 5 trucks and when the IRP renewal came, they left me stranded for 7 weeks. Almost put me out of business. Frank Gonzales, the new IRP rep is quite the class act. Never answers the phone, no response to emails and the icing on the cake was when he told me " Sir, you cannot argue with me, I have a very high IQ". This is what they have dropped down to. When I reached out to the DMV directly, they told me my application was missing a signature on one of the forms. I dealt with it immediately and they issued the cabcards. To cover his tracks, Frank said "DMV was lying" Steer clear of them, wont recommend them to even my worst enemies.
