This place is so amazing! I’ve taken my kids there twice and Jodi is so sweet and engaging! I’ve also been able to volunteer once which was such a great experience. I would highly recommend visiting this farm!

This place is truly a hidden gem for Petaluma. The staff is incredibly nice, informative and passionate about the animals and their mission. The animals can rotate depending on current events and crisis that exist which is why this non-profit is so important. Their flexibility on rescuing on animals from wildfires, owner surrenders etc.allows this organization to really help the animals and the community. I emphatically recommend this organization for a family outing to see and feed exotic animals and help such a great cause.

My family visited Jodis farm on April 6. Jodi is a welcoming and caring presence. I can't think of one better suited to this mission.

Jodi was well prepared for our visit inquiring proactively about the guests in our group and their specific interests. My children are younger and pretty handsy so she guided us to the animals that offer ample opportunity for interaction.

While my kids pet, fed, groomed, and enjoyed the animals Jodi graciously answered the questions that my husband and I both had. The sanctuary is truly home to a melange of animals all deserving of a loving and caring home.

I highly recommend visiting and supporting the farm. People of all ages will enjoy it and learn something new. (I touched my first hedgehog, met a camel that behaved like a devoted dog, saw an exotic Zorse, and learned all the resourceful things these creatures do to keep Jodi very busy) The tour has been thought through so that visitors get the chance to interact with many animals AND the care and wellbeing of the animals is top of mind. RUN DONT WALK TO AMERICAN MADE MINIATURE FARM AND SANCTUARY.

Such a fun hands on adventure for the kids. My niece love feeding the animals and brushing the miniature pony. Great place to see lots of animals up close and personal

My kids and I love this farm! They take such great care of the animals and have all sorts of unique animals to see and even feed. The tour was so fun, they let the kids feel all the animals and even brush the horses. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, they do an amazing job and are very educated!

This is a very sweet family run sanctuary, you can tell that each family member puts their heart and soul into taking care of these animals and genuinely enjoy educating the community. My family has been here a couple of times and were very pleased with our experience. It’s super cool how hands on you get to be with the animals and they definitely aren’t lacking when it comes to variety. This isn’t a self guided zoo trip with extravagant displays, placards with information and clean paved walkways. It’s a working farm/sanctuary, you get to see up close and personal the nitty gritty, doesn’t get much better than that.

I have visited the farm 3 times. Each time there is something new happening. They hosted my girl scout troop and put together a fun afternoon for the girls. Their animals are well cared for and everyone there is knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Hopefully we can visit again soon. This farm is so fun, educational, and relaxing. We went with all our children, grandchildren (at the time), a nephew, and great niece. Everyone from littles to adults loved it and were able to pet, feed, and learn about the animals. The tour was not hurried. They had several kinds of animals too. We went to the beach afterwards but the highlight was this wonderful farm.

This place is amazing! We have been here twice, most recently for a tour and time with the miniatures horses during COVID. Jodi and her staff do such wonderful work caring for these rescue animals. The tours are safe, informative, and provide kids with a hands on opportunity to interact with the animals. My kids to this day still talk about our time there and ask to go back!

Animals are well cared for. Reserving a tour is worth it as the tours aren’t overdone on a daily basis so you get interaction with them.

Came with my 2 young children mid-pandemic as we were missing activities but wanted to do something safe. The staff were so kind and respectful. And so knowledgeable and great with the kids. They had so much fun learning about the animals and feeding all the animals! We’ve been thinking of going back for another visit with my niece who loves animals!

There is nothing to see here. Brown weeds and no animals. Don’t go. We drove out here about two months ago and there was nothing.

Wonderful local business to support. I had my son’s second birthday there in the height of Covid and we had a blast. Have been a handful of other times with friends on private tours. A little bit of sticker shock at first but Jody is a wonderful guide and the rescue animals are well taken care of. We were also given a wonderful quality calendar with photos of their animals. The last time I went I brought some new friends and I was a little disappointed in the tour. The guide was either really shy or not yet experienced enough to lead it on her own. I had also told my friends we would get to bottle feed baby goats but they were sadly all grown but that was totally my fault for assuming they would always have baby goats

This place is amazing! It’s obvious that everyone there truly cares about animals, and wants to make sure that anybody that visits has a really positive experience. Everyone was really knowledgeable, and some of the questions that were asked, even if they were ridiculous were answered in a totally polite fashion. It’s very obvious they love what they do and their animals are incredibly well cared for.

We’ve been to the farm sanctuary twice, and both times had SUCH an amazing experience. The staff and owners are the absolute sweetest and so patient with little ones too! We saw so many animals and my daughter still talks about feeding the cows, baby goats, and petting the little horses. Such a cool experience and also love supporting their important mission of helping these animals. We are about an hour drive away and it’s 100 percent worth it, we can’t wait until our next visit!
