American Medical Response Station

I am a resident of Solvang. On several occasions over the past few years, I have called 911 for emergency medical assistance for my elderly mother. In each instance, AMR’s EMTS responded immediately with the utmost competence, proficiency, and professionalism. On all the same occasions, the local SB County fire department’s first responders arrived at least ten to 18 minutes later, and didn’t seem to know exactly what they were supposed to do. Furthermore, since these events occurred during the Covid crisis, the SBCFD personnel weren’t even wear masks before attempting to come into my house, and only one of them put on a mask, while the others remained outside. I am very pleased to read that a judge in Santa Barbara has sided with AMR with respect to the County Board of Supervisors’ decision to grant the contract for the community’s emergency response services solely to the SBCFD.

I told this company the people themselves that I knew what my legal rights were My legal rights and your legal rights for being transporter are that you you have the right to tell them which hospital or ER you want to go to I told them that everything I just said they did not take me to the hospital I wanted to go to I am very unhappy and I'm thinking about filing a lawsuit against them anybody else feel that way I wonder why they've only got one review and it just happens to be a 5.0 I wonder who made that the hell up well I only gave him one star just to show that that's all they get if I could give them zero I would
