Very friendly staff! The vet was great with my 2 year old kitten. It was her first time to the vet since she was adopted and the staff did all they could to keep my cat calm and comfortable. Really appreciate you guys! My new fav vet for the future! Thanks! Tawny said thank you as well

Every time I called in the staff was always kind and helpful in answering my questions. I was acknowledged when I walked in every time, and the service was faster than expected.

All I can say is wow in a bad way. I just moved into the area. And i am looking for a new vet. First off they hung up on my 3 times. Basically they pickup the phone and hang up on you. On the fourth try the person who answered the phone was so rude and after i explained i was looking for a new vet and what my dog needs are (A cytopoint shot) she asked again what do you want? Did i just explain what i needed? Then she said the Dr would be on vacation and before i could interject hung up on me again. So what a bad first experience and i would not leave or have service done by these jokers. Wow in a bad way.just Wow.

I won’t be coming back here. They were nice but did not give me a diagnosis for my dog. I had to wait a week appointment. My dog did not get any relief. They did not answer phone today. Regular Vet has been on vacation for sometime. Take your dog elsewhere

They misplaced the lab work results delaying the care & medicine my cat needed for a full week & a half and died as a result. The Doctor took full responsibility for the error and apologized profusely. Unfortunately all the apologies in the world won’t bring back my beloved Butterball.

Dr. Ramirez was exceptional in taking time to go over the tests and results with me. The follow-up calls were thoughtful and caring!

Great staff can usually get in for an appointment easily, love the Doctors! I am so grateful I have found this place. Highly recommend if you want your fur baby taken care of, most importantly the doctors are knowledgeable and trustworthy

Thank you so much Dr Carlos Alex Ramirez and staff for taking such great care for my fur Baby Max on 2/27/23. You were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and personable. You advised me on every procedure rather it be an exam, blood test, ex-ray or surgery. The staff is also friendly and professional. The facility was very clean, reasonable pricing they care about your pet and even gave me 20% off my Dental because February is Dental Month who knew not me so that was a savings 0f $116.00. So thank you

Thank you American Pet Clinic, and Doctor Carlos, for all your help.
Once again you have went above and beyond for little Max.
You gave him his flea medication and kept a watchful eye over him to make sure he did not have any allergic reactions, also gave him a warm bath to soothe him of any skin irritations he may have from the shampoo I used or from the flea meds. You created a plan to get a handle on his allergies, whether it may be fleas, food, or chemicals such as shampoo, laundry soap, perfume, carpet cleaner ect. He wears a lot of clothes so no clothes for a while. I so appreciate all of you at American Pet Clinic, especially Dr Carlos Alex Ramirez I have never had such wonderful care, compassion, attention to detail and professionalism from any Veterinarian before, and because of this you are my go to Veterinarian even thou you are an hour a way I will always come here. Thank you Dr Carlos and Staff.

This is the best vet in the whole Central Valley. I do not trust anyone else with my dogs! The vets and staff here genuinely care about your pet and their well-being, it shows! Prices are always as low as they can be, they will never overcharge you. I had Dr. Harmanjit Singh and he was great and well knowledgeable. They provide many services and you can always trust them with surgery! Never had a bad experience! Thank you!

Great caring vets and friendly knowledgeable staff. I have brought many pets there in the past ten years and will continue to do so.

A few years ago this place saved my 20yr old cat who got his jaw broken by a stray dog. Then just a few days ago I noticed on my senior dog had a growth they got me in explained everything so I understood and worked with me on the price. Plus I just love the staff they are so friendly Sweet and understanding.

I highly recommend American Pet Clinic in Ceres, CA.
They offer inside office visits with your pet, the waiting area and exam rooms are very clean. Dr. Ramirez takes time to listen to your concerns and offers the best treatment available for your pet, he is very knowledgeable about French Bulldogs.
The Staff is very nice and helpful.

I am extremely thankful for the wonderful care my Dog Tomasa received from Dr. Alex Ramirez! She was having severe irritation on her skin, extreme dryness to the point of cracking. Dr. Alex Ramírez did a phenomenal job getting her all better, restoring her skin and coat back to health!

This clinic is great for our Border Collie. Technicians are kind and friendly, and all the Doctors are very informative about what is happening with your pet. Dr. Singh is always cautious and aware and answers all our questions to provide the best care.
