American for me to not do the job that I told him to do to come and give me a firm means they were micro system and told me that connection one right there they overcharge me on the price never got a call from now we start to them three times. I will never use them again.

I called American Plumbing Heating & Air (APH) after another company (Sears) told me I had to wait for three days to get service. APH informed me that it would be a three hour wait. They called me back in a half hour to inform me that theu would be by sooner than originally estimated time. They diagnosed and repaired my issue prior to the original show time. Excellent service my new first call for heating & AC

I had another company look at my low pressure shower, but he didn't inspect it very much and quoted me two thousand to replace the shower valve body.
American Plumbing came the same day on late notice and did a thorough inspection. They found a random screw had lodged into my shower nozzle and only charged 100 dollars to fix it. I was definitely happy not to have to spend 2000!

AMERICAN plumbing and Heating was punctual and thorough about what our problem appeared to be. We will continue to use them when needed!

Was told one price and was charged higher than I was supposed to. Worker that came out was rude and argumentative. Will not use again or recommend

The actual job I hired them for went fine, however, they told me I would receive an estimate for another job, which I never received.

Great team of plumbers that installed my system at our customers residence. Everyone on the job really knows plumbing. All clean during and after the project. Even soldering copper close to inside garage wall with no burn marks on the walls. Great company. From the scheduling in the office with Marta all the way to the technicians on site.

I received a fringing repair, but a few days later the drain was clogged again, so I called, but I could not receive the warranty repair because it was a weekend. Also, the price seems expensive.

Met the owner today when he came out for a backflow preventer test. Honored the price his office staff quoted even though it was under his normal charge. Would definitely use them for future needs.

Once they know that you need their help, they charge you at exuberant prices, highway robbery. Then if what they have done doesn’t fully fix the problem, they take no responsibility and start the robbery again.
They also smashed a bunch of my roof tiles and left them for me to discover later.

We used American Plumbing for our water heater replacement they were very good and on time and got everything done very fast so we got out water heater running within a day! Great service thank you again!

Got home on Saturday evening to find the kitchen sink overflowing. As you know, it is hard to find a plumber on a Saturday evening who would be willing to come out on a short notice, in the pouring rain and have the best attitude ever.

Jessie and his team worked diligently for over an hour and a half to clear out a major clog and restore the sink function. They even took the time to tighten loose hoses that were going to become a problem in the future, if left unattended.

Our 24 year old AC went out, and I called American Plumbing.
Jessie came to the House the next day, and a new HVAC was ordered. A week later Andrew and Ruben arrived and installed the system in one day. They were quick and professional. I had many questions about the 2-stage system and the variable fan speed. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and answered them to my satisfaction. We had one hick up, do to a faulty propane tank regulator. The heater and the smart thermostat are working great. The First Lady is happy and so am I. From the personal in the front office to the technician's they were friendly and efficient.
