They don't have a good system to manage the business at all. The maintenance person charged the money from the tanent from the toilet cover seat without any explanation of the cost and also overcharge. Toilet cover seat from the target is aroud$20, the management team charged $82 and no receipt for the tanent. I don't know about the owner of the building will know about dirty business or not. It is not fair for the tanent. From the tenant of 1648 N. Kingsley Dr. 90027 and the room number I hope the owner of this property will find out and give money back to the tenant to be fair. I told the tanent that next time if something break in her household don't call to fix because you have to pay for it even it is normal using. If toilet seat cover will break in next time just sit like that and God will be happy with you.

Today they had an inspector come on the property by the name of Claudio very rude and disrespectful. This guy walked into the apartment and I asked him to close the door behind himself in which he stated he would take his time doing so. After I asked him to identify himself and who he represented he first told me premier apartment. After looking for the company via Google I asked again who he was and who he worked for and then he stated he worked directly for the owner karina. Who is not the property owner but an assistant to Larry who I know to be the property owner. The assessment is actually for the city to do but the owners want to try to cover their tracks because of lawsuits against them. I would not recommend doing any business with the nor do I endorse them as a good management company. They treat their tenants bad and assume that because of their locations in south Los Angeles, everyone they come in contact with is lower class.
Who you allow to represent your business reflects great measures about the concern for your business. The gentleman also stated he has no job title or description but receives his check directly from the owner. Again how can you have an employee for property management company paid out of pocket.
