Left 5 messages, over the course of 4 weeks, with front office staff and office manager to have my call returned. This based on a appointment 5 months ago, and have yet to be called back. This is not good customer service therefore I would not recommend them.

Great experience. Was fast, clean, helpful, efficient, and especially kind. Went in with stomach pain that could have been the flu, COVID, or just a stomach bug.

Dr. Robinson ruled those out, called the ER for me, and made sure I got quick service when I arrived at the ER. Turned out to be appendicitis and he saved my life. Even called me a couple days later to check in and make sure I was okay. Cannot thank this place enough, highly recommended!

I’m not a review poster but I think this will be helpful to others. I was treated nicely but the operation of this facility could use some attention.

I scheduled an appointment 2 hrs in advance for 11 am - it’s an hour later and I still haven’t been seen.

They weren’t going to bill my insurance properly because they were entering my name wrong, even though before even showing up I had to send photos of both the front and back of my drivers license and insurance card.

And I was skipped over by people that showed up after me because I asked I could go wait in my car. When I walked back in, none of the people sitting there before were there and a whole new set of people we sitting waiting.

This is the best Urgent Care clinic around. I give them a 10 if I could. This is the only clinic I will go to. I trust the Dr. 's and staff. They treat me like family. If you looking for a great clinic this is it.

My go to place for any urgent care needs. The Drs here are very informative and caring the assistants, and everyone here since I've came have always been wonderful. Shout out to Dr. Mark for all your suggestions as well for my daughter. You guys are amazing thank you!

When I need urgent care for my family, this is my place of choice. They always have good appointment availability and the whole office staff are kind and knowledgeable.

Went to American River Urgent Care last Saturday, 12/10/2022 and saw Dr. Mark. He was so awesome! I was experiencing severe respiratory issues and my primary doctor was pretty much ignoring my concerns.

Mark was attentive and thorough in his exam process. He provided a huge sense of relief as he validated my feelings and concerns. I received the prescriptions my primary doctor SHOULD have been giving me after an in person exam. Within 24 hours I was feeling 100 times better.

Mark did a follow up call with me a couple days later, which I was not expecting! Very personable. It’s nice to know there are doctors who still care.

I would highly recommend American River Urgent Care and ask for Dr. Mark!

Friday night before closing, I realized I had a UTI. Ran over for a test. The office staff was amazing and Dr. Robinson the kindest and most helpful. They took great care of me. Very grateful to have such a great facility so close to my house.

My almost 2 year old was very sick and they took really good care of him and diagnosed him with RSV. They followed up the next few days checking on him and the entire staff was amazing!

I felt kinda silly going in to urgent care for a mole.
Well.
I was treat with such respect.
The Team told me to never under estimate a simple mole.
The staff opened up about family members who had near miss with cancer.
My Dr opened up about going through his encounter with cancer.
This is my second encounter with cancer.

I was met with human kindness at American River Urgent Care.

The people are SO nice here! The front desk assistant is very helpful, polite, sweet, and understanding. He checked me in quickly and kept updating on how long wait it’s going to be. It wasn’t busy and everyone was so caring and professional. Thank you guys for the wonderful work you do!

Excellent service Dr. Very professional and quick Nurse was very efficient and friendly front desk very curteous and nice will definitely be a return patient and will recommend any chance i get. Thank you!

This place is wonderful, they are very thorough with their diagnosis every time I've been there. They do not leave you waiting for a long period of time. Make you feel very welcome and comfortable during your visit. Doctor is very good at diagnosing. What is wrong with you. I went to my regular doctor and he failed to even evaluate me correctly so I came here and he caught what was wrong with me right away. Highly recommend.

I have been in the health care field for over 25 years. First time to an Urgent Care. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and thorough. Easy online registration and appointment scheduling. I will definitely use their services again. Kudos and thank you.

This was my first visit to this urgent care facility. Everyone from the front desk person to the medical assistant to the doctor was wonderful and caring. They showed concern of my well-being. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I made an online appointment, filled out all the needed paperwork online to save some times. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and I was directed to the room. It was not super busy when I got there, but when I got out the waiting room was all full. Wait time was about an hour. Not so good, but understandable.
