It was disappointing not to get a timely resolution to my ice maker repair issue, even though technicians can be busy. Their expertise was supposed to fix the leaking problem and restore frost-making capability to my ice maker, but that didn't happen.

Even though they promise to reduce operational costs, their service has been disappointingly slow. It often feels like the operational efficiency they claim to offer is missing in action due to delays in obtaining medical assistance. This aspect of their service appears to be lacking, which is of utmost importance. For them to fulfill their commitment of providing efficient healthcare solutions, they must address these issues promptly.

I contacted American Service Alliance again today to repair my refrigerator door, which was not closing well. The technician they sent to me was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to repair the refrigerator. He finished the job the same day, and I am very happy about the whole thing. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
