They sent a tech out to do a diagnostic on my washer n he told me my circuit board was fried n to buy a new washer i checked the washer myself and figured out it was the water pump to drain the washer what a waste of $75 and im glad i was able to return the new washer i bought these techs r not professional and the customer service sucks he also claimed there was no power going to the pump
