American Tire Depot - Murrieta

Just moved to the area so I had to find another shop. I went in for an oil change and found out the previous shop tightened my filter to tight. They took me out to the car and showed me and told me what was needed and the possible issues. Fortunately they were able to get it off with no damage but I appreciated the upfront communication. They were very professional and i will be back.

One of the most awesome places ever, not sure about everyone else that has a personal problem with them but 4 tires for 380 and months later still going strong, customer services is amazing, side note to show you how nice they are, my car broke down in their parking lot, they let me keep it over night, also they saw that we were trying to wentch it on the trailer, 3 guys came out to help and pushed it on, talk about a good place to go, very friendly, good tires, good service, 5 stars from me.

Best customer service in industry. Great advisers, knowledge, honest with integrity. Price matching, competition could not come close. Did I mention I only used my Jeep dealership until now! That says it all.

This store was really awesome found the tires on their online page but the tires where not available at this location and they where able to get them to me the following day for no charge and no money down, This store has won my business and I'll me taking my other car for tires next week.
