I used to have good things to say about this place. Now I know what they’re good at and what they are not. If your going here to get tires, oil change or maybe something low-end, it’s perfect. DO NOT go here if you are expecting much more

I took my Jeep here to get tires and an alignment after a lift. I got my Jeep back with two non-working TPMS and an alignment that wasn’t done correctly. I took it back to them to realign after I adjusted some things and they didn’t even touch it after I asked them to at least get the steering wheel back to normal. I didn’t expect them to do the alignment because they apparently have no idea how to do a full Jeep alignment. I left my vehicle there overnight, had to take an Uber from home to them to get it, only to learn they literally did nothing to fix my TPMS or the alignment. I was told to go to Firestone where I got the TPMS and have them recalibrate it. I wasted two hours from work, about 160.00 in alignment and Uber fees, and quite frankly could have spent that amount at a more knowledgeable shop. These little places like this are in the business of getting you in and out fast and damned be your vehicle actually coming away the better. I will never go here again.

I've have been serving my car here for over three years and I'm well taken care of, the professionalism is a cut above. And if you find yourself having a long experience there plenty of places to grab a bite too eat.

Great service was provided I took my truck in for alignment they did a okey job after I noticed my wheel still needed a some adjustment I call them when back they fixed it free of charge so I’ll say I am happy

This was the first time I do business with American Tire Depo. It was a positive experience. The manager Brett was very friendly and professional. The tires I purchased are good quality & fair price. They also do automotive repairs.

Great price on great tires (Goodyear Eagle Sport All Weather). Their "out the door" price was 25% less than another vendor that is only 1/4mile away. Friendly and prompt service (I was a walk in and it still only took an hour for 4 tires with alignment).

Let me start off by saying, i wish i could choose 10 stars for American Tire Depot! I don’t know the first thing about tires. I have Never changed a Flat in my life! I had the pleasure of speaking with Art over the phone. In a span of 10 mins, i knew everything I needed to know! I brought my car in immediately if not before. I told Art and Oscar my budget, and they made sure i got the best deal in town! Seriously Amazon cant touch this place! I encourage anyone looking for tires, call Art asap. I cant thank Art and Oscar enough for making my life so easy! Again, 10 stars for Art and Oscar! You NOW have a Customer for life! Thank you guys!

Came in last min on December 23 with no appt. It was Holiday Crunch Time and I had bad tires. Had a wedding to attend at 2 then off to Big Bear. The shop did.not have my tires in stock and said d they could.order them. I told them my predicament and Oscar and his crew went and picked up tires and had tthen in my car by noon. Thank you

After calling around to various places, this place was the one with the best price for 4 Michelin Primacy Mxv4 215/55r17 tires. Costco said they could get them in 7 days, quoted almost $1000 for tires and installation, offered a $140 discount and said that alignment isn't done at their center. Tires by Mark said they had "these types of tires, " but not the exact tires I wanted. They didn't even offer to order the tires. I began to feel frustrated.

I called American Tire Depot and spoke with the manager, Art. He said that one tire would be free if three were purchased and with installation it would be around $750 with tax included. Alignment would be checked for free and if necessary it could be done for $80. The great thing about this place is that they do rotations and fix flats free of charge when you purchase your tires from them. They didn't have the tires when I called, but offered to get them within 30 minutes, so I made an appointment for later in the day.

The entire replacement of the 4 tires and alignment took about 2 hours total on a Friday afternoon. They were very friendly and answered questions about tire wear, alignment issues, other deals they had, etc.

They will price match and you too can ask them about their various deals. They even had a special which offers free tickets to Legoland if you spend $800 or more.

I am very pleased with the tires and how quickly I was able to get in and out. Check them out before to go anywhere else!

I love American tires Depot. The manager bread was fantastic and very knowledgeable very explicit about what needed to be done and gave me the best deal possible he house so has a great personality. I recommend the place to anybody looking for a great tire service and ladies be sure to go there they will treat you with the respect that you deserve thank you very much

I just bought a 2018 Chrysler 330s. The front tire was damaged in the freeway, I brought it in for replacement, $325 for one tire! The serviceman, Brett repaired the tire with no charge! Awesome service! Highly recommend this place

I came to change oil was fast and great price, they said good morning to Everyone that came in, very polite they offered fresh coffee, was very happy They said it’s going to take between 45 minutes to an hour, and thank God for me it was only 40 minutes, thanks I will be back.

Extremely patient and understanding and they’re not there to take your money. Went here to get my car checked out since the CEL came on. Diagnosed Saturday, 2 days later had an appointment to fix it. Found out the issue with the car was covered by the warranty. They didn’t give me a hard time when I let them know I’ll be taking the car to the dealership and they pretty much helped me save half a thousand dollars. Thanks to Art and everyone else!

I’ve been going to this place for over a decade, and it’s become a total maintenance solution for both our family cars. And if they can’t do it they know specialist that can. It’s a great community mechanic solution for everything.

The staff is extremely helpful and didn't try to push other services I don't need. I have taken all three of our cars to this place each time we need brakes, tires and wheel alignments.

This place is amazing. They were very helpful, worked with me in the pricing and even won me over by beating and online prices for the tires. I got 4 IRONMAN tires from them. They were super helpful in explaining about the tires, services and worranty. I am definitely coming back for more service here. Would %100 recommend this place.
