American Tire Depot - Fountain Valley

Will definitely be coming back. Placed an appointment to get all four new tires. Same day of appointment called in advanced to see if I could come in a little earlier and they said of course. They explained to me that the tires I wanted where no longer available and that they will honor the price I sought after and got even better tires for same price as the first Set of tires. Super fast, super friendly.

Great place for new tires. I been trying to get tires from an other place and they told me I have to wait a week. Clerk at this place was so helpful. He put in some work to find me the tires I wanted. Got brand new tires on my truck the next day. I was really happy with the service here. I will recommend to friends and family about this place.

Fantastic experience! A have hard to locate tires and they’re expensive. This company destroyed the next best competitor and did the work in half the time. They were awesome. On time to start. On time for completion. I WILL be a customer for life!

The welcome was awesome. The service was expedient and efficient. For a vehicle repair it was a most enjoyable experience.

I hate to give bad reviews. I went to get my tires replaced and get my wheels aligned, however they didn't aligned it properly. On straight road my car was pulling to the right. I went back they were nice and told me that they will test drive and see what's going on. I even showed them the results they gave it to me, the results were off. I waited another 40 min. They bring my car back saying that it was the front tire they inflated more than the others. It is still not aligned properly, all they did were rotating the tires. Gave me the old paperwork. I drove my car 5 minutes and there 'check the tire pressure' warning comes up. Spend all that money and I spend 3 hours at tire shop for literally nothing. Don't recommend going there.

It was a very nice experience, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this place. The prices are very competitive. Thanks guys.

My Toy Tacoma is 15 years old and the front end was not stable. It had some play in the top of the travel of shock & springs. A technician went with me on a test ride & recognized the problem. They suggested new gas shocks & an alignment. Wow, was I glad that their recommendation took care of the problem. It felt much more stable & the steering was firm. A Big Shout to the FV American Tire Depot Team!

I've been coming here for years. Ralphie and all the guys there have always been of great help with everything. They are very honest in what you need and what is recommended for your vehicle. I will continue coming here for a long time to come.

They were great! My daughter had a flat and barely made it to this shop after inflating her tire as a temp fix. They got her in right away and replaced her tire. They were nice as could be and as she needed a new set anyway, we went ahead and replaced them all and it was finished in an hour. We shopped for an hour and came back and picked it up. They educated her on upkeep of her tires and couldn’t have been nicer.

I own several cars and wouldn’t think of taking any of them anywhere else but here for all their services. Great customer service on every visit, honest answers, and friendly staff. Keep up the great work. It’s very much appreciated.

Just change oil and check up tires n fill up. Work satisfied n on time. Clerk is courteous then I get discount for 1st time customer!
