From the phone call to order my tires (Nitto off road tires, rarely in stock) to the drop off and pick up of my truck. Great service, great attitudes and really a big help. These guys know what they are doing. Very professional and clean and quick service! Thanks guys

The service, product options and staff are excellent! But the last time I was there with an appointment the tires weren’t there and I wound up spending most of my Saturday in their parking lot.

Edwin and and his mechanics did a fantastic job on fixing my breaks and rotors they went above and beyond to get me the correct parts after the ones I supplied where not the correct ones, thanks guys.

This is my go to place for auto care of any kind. Tires, repairs, a nail in the tire? I go here for everything and I’ve never been disappointed! The prices are fair and they don’t try to sell you on stuff you don’t need. Honest and great people all around.

This issue was beyond resolved by the District Manager, although I did have an unpleasant experience at this location after writing a review Management reached out and made every possible effort to correct the experience I had, it was very nice to know they care about there customers

I pre-order my tires online having done my homework on what I wanted. I walk in and said I had an appointment and ask the service man to make sure he had the tires I requested online he said he did. Three hours later my car was done and I noticed I was being charged more then what was quoted online. When I brought this up the person I orginally spoke with said well it's only $9 its because of the tax. I accepted that excuse. As I was driving home I decided to look at my receipt and realized they had put different tires on my car then what I ordered online they gave me a lower grade (H rated not V) different brand tire that cost more money. I was FURIOUS because I walked in and specificity ask do you have the tires I ordered online. I thought maybe they didn't have them and decided to give me the tire's they put on. Needless to say I went back. I find out they did have the tires I requested online. The sales associate took it upon himself to decide to give me tires that where more expensive and lower quality because I was a WOMAN and thought I would not notice. A different associate said it like mc donald's you put the order in and we put on what the screen say witch was total bs because the guy had my online order up I highly doubt he was given a totally different tire on the same order. What made matters worse is the person who caused this mess did not even apologize at all. They said they would swap my tires out for the one that I had ordered online.
After waiting an hour and my car was sitting on the rack without tires I decided to ask for my old tires back and decided not to do business with this tire shop. Had they apologized I think I would have gave them a second chance. I am going to COSTCO for my tires where you find associate with actual customer service. I will say the people who work on the cars themselves were very nice and seem to be doing a good job.

The team here is great Jose works well with all the staff, I've been going to this location for over 5 years never disappointed I trust them everytime w my vehicles. Please put the employees near their homes they make better employees with less travel, dont switch them around it breaks the consistency of the customer base.
I get a great rapport with your staff then all are gone. That hurts Im a human as are the employees don't treat us as bots American Tire Depot. Thanks if you truly consider my facts. A sincere customer.

American tire depot it’s a really great place to go to get good honest and upfront information on anything to do with your tires… Ron was especially helpful with a situation with my car that should have been corrected by other shots and wasn’t… So happy to have found this place

Jose Hernandez in Customer Service definitely knows his products and in addition he offers timely and efficient service.

Leo in the Repair Department is very patient and efficient with the repair jobs that are assigned to him.

Overall, all of the staff members at American Tire Depot are friendly and offer expert work!

The Hawthorne location of American Tire Depot on Rosecrans is my GO TO place for ALL THINGS concerning my car! I am always warmly greeted, and fairly & professionally treated; and my car's needs are always expertly tended to at a reasonable price. They do so much more than just tires, they should call themselves, "American Tire (& Most Everything Else Your Vehicle Needs) Depot"! And last, but in no way least, Jose Gonzalez is hands down, THE BEST MANAGER EVER!

This is my second visit. First visit was to get my tires replaced. I received amazing service and was out within an hour. Price was reasonable and they had a great selection of tires.

I returned today to get my front brakes replaced. Again, I received amazing service and out within an hour without an appt. I will be returning next week to get my 60k service and hope the trend of amazing service continues as I would highly recommend a visit to this location by anyone that needs car service.

Went in, very Professional, asked questions and recommended which tire is best for my vehicle. Promise to be about an hr of work. Got it done in 30 min. 2 rear tires balance and alignmentment.

Took my sons car in for rotors, shocks, brake pads and leaky gaskets -Jose and his team did excellent work, as usual. Tire installation scheduled for next week. Great prices, awesome customer service and convenient hours of operation. Would definitely recommend this place!

After finding out I needed new back tires and visiting a couple of tire stores I stopped by American Tire Depot in Hawthorne and Rene took care of me with good pricing and friendly customer service! Which believe it or not was lacking every where else! Thanks again Rene! I’ll be back for the front tires soon!
