43I love this place! I’ve been coming here for about seven years and three cars. I recommend them to everyone I know in Long Beach. The service is quality and quick. The guys that work here are friendly and knowledgeable. I would go here before I’d go to my dealer for anything! They are hands down, the BEST!
Hands down, the best customer service of any auto / tire shop I've been to. I had a screw in my tire and took it to a place near my house in West LA. They put a plug in when I asked for a patch and charged me $20. Tire went flat the next day when I was in LB. At 2pm I called 3 places before American Tire Depot and they couldn't fix it till the next day or they wouldn't fix a tire that already had a plug. Called ATD and Joe (manager) said come by in 30 so I don't have to wait there. Super cool. No one likes to wait at any auto shop. I drove up, they took my keys, patched the tire and gave me my keys back. They didn't charge me a penny. I couldn't believe how seamless and quick they were - considering there were other cars being worked on. No catch just as simple as that. Amazing. Tipped the guy in the back and drove off. Note: While I was waiting, There was another customer in the shop and said he's been going there for 12 years and doesn't trust anyone else. He recommend this place for anyone who wants an honest answer and hard working crew.
Eddie the Manager is great and was very courtesy as well as all the staff. Helped me get in and out with a new tire, oil change ready for my trip to Arizona. Thanks you guys.
