I called to schedule an appt to get my tires replaced. The man on the phone was helpful and told me he had to order one tire since they only had three in stock. I showed up the next day and was told that someone made a mistake and sent the tires I needed to the wrong location. I had my mind set on getting my tires done today and although wasn’t happy about that, the man told me he had a set in stock that were better than the ones I ordered. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I did get $100 off due to a deal and the difference in price was $30 more, so I was getting better tires at a cheaper price and still within my price range. Not what I was expecting, but the pros were that they were super fast with their service (45min) and Carlos at the front desk was helpful and friendly. So, I think the overall experience was good and my only recommendation would be to look out for offers and do your research on tires, so you feel confident in your purchase.

They made room for my truck to get work done even though they had a full schedule. A different tire depot couldn't finish the job on my truck, not their fault, and this one took me on the same day. Great place.

Very fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend making an appointment as they do get busy and they seem to do their best to honor appointments over walk-ins. Came in to get a tire repaired from a slow leak and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I can't say enough good things about ATD, and specifically Marco! I have had 2 cars serviced here already and will bring all future cars here from now. Marco helped us in desperate situations and did not take advantage of us - he went above and beyond to help, honestly. He keeps in communication the whole way through, has fast accurate answers, great prices and the best attitude around! He definitely has his customer's best interest in mind. You should plan to come here if you are in need of car services of have any questions about servicing your car or truck! Marco and his team are as professional as they come. My wife and I came across American Tire Depot on Lakewood Blvd.by accident and feel blessed to have met Marco. 03/2021 Ordered online and tires was out of stock. Joe was able to find better tires and kept the original price.
09/2022 Got tire flat fixed free of charge even though it didn't have warranty.
Always quick, courteous, great services and dependable.

Carlos was Awesome. I had a nail in my tire and I have to travel to Huntington Beach for my 2nd job. I was helped by Carlos and his team today and I am so grateful for great customer service and fast efficiency.

Carlos is the associate that took care of me. He honored a competitors price from a add I brought in and his customer service was excellent. He estimated the time of completion and was spot on. I was very happy with the tires I bought and the great service I received.

Great service and customer service. I ended up ordering the wrong tires and Carlos helped get me sorted. Marco was also able to schedule an alignment appointment for my Tesla. Highly recommend and will return for all my future tire needs.

After spending, hundreds at different big brand tire shops to work on my steering. DO NOT take your European car here. They absolutely don’t know how to get an alignment done for my bmw. I paid and they didn’t even fix my steering wheel that still pulls to the left. This place is the super cuts for cars. Take your euro car to a European repair place. They know what to do. I watched my car not move for the entire day since I checked my dash cam. They showed me someone else print out for the alignment. I just left… They robbed me of $110 and now I learned my lesson from these crooks.

Thankful for the recommendation and great/friendly service! I was recommended to come here by a friend. I had a nail in my tire and had to get it patched, the guys here took care of it within 30 minutes and didn’t charge me!
