The manager is hands up without a doubt very nice and tries to help you as much as he can. I took my car in to get my tires rotated and he did it efficiently i didn’t have to wait and come back

Called in and got better prices than Auto Parts Stores. Manager Levi did a great job explaining options, honored the quote price, and got the tires installed before estimated completion time. All on a Sunday morning!

They showed me some other areas my car had problems when they got it on the racks and gave me fair estimates and suggestions. They also found out the reason my engine light was on and I went in to rotate the tires.

Wonderful experience. Prompt, efficient, and kind staff. Appreciate the care and detail to my car's needs. Highly recommend!

I purchased my tires 8 months earlier from ATD because they offered the lowest price. I couldn't find the receipt. They said no worries and repaired leaks caused by nails on 2 separate occasions by removing the tire and patching it correctly from the inside, not using plugs.
I am very pleased and will be buying tires here again.

I don't mean to come off over-sentimental or cheesy but these guys (along with my dad) MADE my holiday season.
I originally got my brakes replaced a couple months ago at Jiffy Lube (not in cali.) And my wheels were making a grinding sound afterward. The district manager got involved and replaced them again. Still there was a grinding sound but I let it go b/c I was told it could just be the parts and that it was normal.
. It was not normal, especially since my hood started vibrating soon after as well.
I had 2 different mechanics tell me (including these guys) that my brakes were getting ready to go out. Oh and this was after a JL here in Cali. Told me my brakes were fine too so, so much for getting an unbiased opinion from a different store working for the same company.
After contacting the district manager at Jiffy Lube he basically blew me off and told me he wanted pics, a report, and then he would consult with his boss.
I said screw it and went ahead and had them replaced here (with help from my dad) and I'm so glad I did. There is no grinding sound now and my brakes are firm and quiet. I drive for a living so my car is pretty much like a home to me and driving around with the grinding noise and a vibrating hood for a few weeks was stressing me out but these guys helped me out within a day and I couldn't thank them enough for it.
Their service was excellent as well and I could tell they cared about doing the job correctly.
I would highly recommend you avoid going to Jiffy Lube for parts replacement if you have a newer car (mine is 2015) because they use cheap parts to replace them and could care less about the fact you wasted over $800 and a few weeks worth of your time dealing with near failing brakes and a vibrating hood.
I'd rate this shop 6/5 if I could and will never so much as even consider setting foot inside a JL again.
