American Tire Depot - Fontana

I’ve been going to the Fontana location for over 10 years and always had a great experience. They always helped me but I have just recently went to claim a warranty and supposedly now it’s not in the system. This new “manager” name David has the worst customer service I do not recommend this place! Worst customer service and try to up sale you for everything.

I am truly grateful for the the kindness and service that was given to me this morning, I was gifted a brand new tire from a complete stranger that I never new. Kindness goes a long way in this world. I will share my beautiful experience with others.

Very slow. They need to speed up their customer service and work faster to get a spare tire on. 90 minutes to change a spare. Wow.

I had a great experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Answered all my questions and gave me quotes for future repairs. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you guys!

Today January 11 2023 I want to say thank you so much to the personal and team of American tire Depot Fontana especially Matt he help me and resolve my issue with my tire so fast, honesty I was having a hard day but in this place I can say they made my day go easy, I recommend American tire Depot Fontana, because they help us easy, fast and good service. I had a tire rotation done today and I must say Ron Sanders was patient and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. I already recommended my friends for his service.

Brought my 2016 Honda Civic in a couple weeks ago for an Oil Change, Tire rotation & air pressure check. At the time I picked up the car I noticed that the rotation and air pressure check was not listed on the invoice. The person that assisted me assured me that it was done. Today I hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. When I got it replaced I had the tires checked they were all 10-12 pounds low. This is completely unacceptable. I was lied to my face that the tire pressure was checked and they were rotated. Thankfully, my family and myself didn't suffer from your failure to do your job.

They, the manager and the staff, tried to help me with their best. They found appropriate tires with reasonable price for customers. I could feel their sincerity, and satisfied their service.

Yes & No. I like the idea of seeing employees having a good time @ work, I notice that the atmosphere is fun & there 4 the customer feels good. It means that employees will do their job in a good mood. BUT they take the good times 2 another level. That's all I see, fun & games less working on our cars. Which means longer waiting times 4 us the customers. They should know when 2 stop the playing & do their job.

This place is super trustworthy I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics and tire places (stealing tires) or not changing my filter and pretending to replace my breaks and everything. These ppl understood my concerns and allowed me to watch them change my oil by parking it right in front of the waiting room and Claudiu also double checked and made sure everything was changed and he even gave me a discount so that I feel more comfortable going there. That was really nice of him. And everyone there understood me and responded positively toward my concerns instead of with attitude. I appreciate my experience here thank you all very much!

Best tire shop in Fontana! Fix tire less then a hour and had a waiting room as well. Very kind and great customer service. Even Let us ask questions about the car. Highly recommend

Best price for sport tires. Check it out for yourself. I saved money. In & out fast. When I was there, the district manager was working the desk, and he was beyond knowledgeable. I will be going back.

What makes a good experience is the people you come in contact with in the businesses that provide you services. As of today writing this review the people I encountered at American tire Depot were great to be around and professional. Joseph Simonds ll provides great customer service has good personality and very personable. My tires arrived earlier than expected and he informed me that I can bring my vehicle in sooner than my scheduled appointment. The work was done relatively fast without any issues. So if you're looking for a place where you will be treated with respect and be provided quality work, I suggest getting your services done here.

Very professional Svcs, expedient and cleanness on the work are, it helps A Lot if you make and appointment first.
