As a women I really appreciate places like this. I love how my car drives after they worked on it. They gave me 4 new tires, an alignment, brake pads, and replaced my dirty air filters. Now I'm happy.

I was happy with my experience at American Tires, I was helped by Alberto Lopez, I bought two new front tires and had an alignment done. Prices were very reasonable and work was done pretty fast.

It was a very comfortable experience, he explained price quality discounts.i needed a few things done for my car and was happy i could have it all done in one place. The guys here are amazing. I came in thinking my truck needed to be left overnight, but the manager said to me that he can have my truck ready by the time they were close. He was not wrong. Albert really took care of me at the Rosemead location. I got tires plus some extra work on my Lexus. If I went to the Dealer it would have taken an extra day to get all the work done.

American tire depot is priced reasonably and David did an exceptional job with assisting me with the replacement of tires. Will definitely be coming back!

Was glad they were open on Sunday! Albert took good care of me. He knew I had a budget and worked with me. He had one guy working but promised me id be out by noon. True to his word I was. I would recommend him to anyone.

On the 22nd. Of September I took my 2018 Cadillac XT5, in for 4 news tires. I had ordered them online 7 days prior as well as scheduled the appointment. So I get there early and they didn't even have them! So after I let the manager Alberto talk me into staying so they could go pick the tires up. I go to wash/wax my car and find a paint chip on the right rear passenger door that they made with their equipment! As well as when I do 70 miles or more I have a speed wobble! Yes I had the vehicle front end alignment done at least they said they did it! I have contacted corporate about it who NEVER replied! So I filed a complaint with the BBB. I refuse to even let them touch the vehicle after that. I have had it parked since. Because I am afraid to drive it with the wobble. I am waiting to hear back from the BBB, for the solution.

So very helpful so very informative don’t know much about cars but when I left out of there I felt like wow that was great price was really great as well, very attentive to my lack of knowledge without being ripped off

I would most definitely recommend American Tire Depot! After the experience of having my tire start splitting on the freeway, My experience at American tire depot more than tipped the scales in the positive. I knew it was a long shot when I went in less than an hour before they closed that they would be able to fix my tire but I gave it a shot. Not only did they fit me in last minute out of concern for my safety, he found me a less expensive tire than the one he initially quoted me for, which saved me almost $80. I was in and out in less then 30 mins. Thank you!
