American Tire Depot - Burbank

One of the tires of my car was losing air often, the team over there found out I had a flat tire, they fixed it in a short time and for free, on top of that the stuff was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly go back there in the future.

Great and friendly customer service. Making and appointment is encouraged but they will gladly take you in if possible without one.

I’ve been to a lot of tire shops this tire shop cares about my car, I’m particular about my car they know it. They respect that, they give good service professional nice people to deal with. They put new wheels on my car made it look brand new. Always nice to deal with this store. I’ve also purchased two sets of tires for my vans for work.

I am withholding review until the District Manager Shawn gets back from his wedding/honeymoon.

Thank you! You were the only tire shop open on Sundays and that carried a tire with the weight capacity and sixe for my truck towing my 5th wheel!

Friendly staff; answered all my questions and concerns. The oil change took about 40 minutes and was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Stopped by today to check on my tires due to a low pressure warning light. One of the guys (tall black gentleman, didn't catch his name) gave me a rundown of the potential cause and inflated my tires for free. Friendly staff, will be coming back if I have any tire trouble in the future.

I have stopped by American Tire Depot a couple of times and the personnel there are really kind and great at their job. Highly recommended!

First class service, great guys, competitive prices. This is definitely the place to go for all of your tire and other automotive repair needs.

I appreciated that they allowed me to have a look under my car when it was up on the rack at the problem areas that they noted, instead of just telling me what was wrong. Service was prompt, courteous, honest, and transparent with costs. All good things, from my perspective.

I have an older Mazda CX-9. BURBANK American Tire Depot has been providing ALL of my oil changes/filters and tires. Recently bigger issues have come up and Sarkis has taken care of each new problem RIGHT AWAY. Full tune up first and then a week later I needed a battery but after testing the alternator it was also going bad. Again, Sarkis offered to take care of this only if I wanted to move forward. I know I can now depend on the car running correctly and it is running better than ever. The gas mileage has doubled with the new plugs and coils. THANK YOU Sarkis.

Shady company and unethical, shady personel. I went there to change one tire only. The worker at this place pitched a sale for me to buy all four. I bought into it. Looking back I did not need all four. I leave my car and get a call from them stating that my car needed some mechancal work and the bill would be over $1400. This just felt really strange and told them to just do the tires. I go and pay for the tires, we had already agreed on a price for all four tires so I charged my card without looking at the details of what I was paying for. Once the card went through I got my receipt and see that I'm charged for an extended warranty I did not ask for. I asked for this to be refunded since I did not ask for it or was even asked by the sales person to see if I wanted it. To this day I haven't received the refund. Just the overall feeling was bad and always had a sense of the sales rep and manager wanting to take advantage and overcharged. Never doing business with these guys again.

Im not sure if I believe any of these "good reviews" after being here. I came here to get one tire changed but after they looked at my car they said I needed all the tires changed and that there was more issues with the tires that needed done before putting the new tires in and the total cost would be $1600 (I went staright to my mechanic got a second opinion and he fixed the supposed " issues" for $280 plus a new tire), so whatever you do Please get a second opinion after getting quoted at this place!

Great place! Super fast! Really affordable! What more can you ask for? I just walked in on a Saturday morning and they squeezed me in!

I bought tires for both my cars, and oil changes for years. They sometimes offer good deals. I don't recommend this place for mechanic repairs, or sevices. After last oíl change, they told me my breaks were good, even when were very noisy, 2 days after my mechanic showed me that pads and disks were in very bad condition. I only recommend this place for tires and oil changes, when I needed service for the tires pressure check, the personnel at the shop, didn't help at all. Good price for tires, bad customer service.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Had the tires I wanted in stock and they installed them great! My car feels brand new after getting my tires changed here.

I'm 59 years old. I've been too many tire shops throughout my life and have had many cars. American tires in Burbank is by far the best tire shop I've ever been to. No hassle, always friendly, great prices, I've finally found a no nonsense tire shop that I can agree with and recommend highly. I will stay with American tire as long as they are in business in Burbank.
