They did a thorough job. Oil change, Coolant service, and tire rotation at a reasonable price. No upsell. The guys were completely honest. They are making mechanics great again!

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, mech happened to break a part on the vehicle during the visit, however, the issue was rectified by the manager.

We were from out of town and in a rush. Everywhere else around said it would be a 2 hour wait. American Tire Depot took us right away and was very fast and efficient. They patched the tire for us and didn't even charge! Would reccomend to everyone!

Good service, i got wheels, tires, and brakes done. Never felt pressure from them to buy other misc.things. Staff is nice and they offer military discount.

This place was so kind and amazing, took my car right in for a nail, they fixed in withing 15 mins. No charge. I will be going back.

This place is awesome. They were able to quickly order specific tires I wanted that nobody had and less than any other competitor. Service is top notch and they are honest. I only bring my cars here now for everything but engine or transmission work. I have recommended them to everyone I know. 10/10

It was 45 mins to closing and I was in the area. My tire had a hole it in and it was not Drive able. I That’s when I called American Tire

Brock said I could bring it in and they’d take care of it. When I got there, DeMarco who was the repair man took it in. He assessed it and within 20 mins I was out! They even repair flat tire repairs (patch) for free!

I've had problems with my tires and keep getting low pressure indicator light comes on so I brought my car and they checked all my tires and they said there is no punctured on any of my tires which is great. They reset the indicator light system at no cost. Save me money from purchasing new tires. These guys are honest for they work and highly recommended for anyone. Thank you American Tire Depot.

This place is the worst. If you even remotely care about your car, don't bring it here. And especially for an alignment. This place scams you and doesn't even do the job.

My car needed an alignment and I waited until I changed my tires first before getting one. After the alignment my car was still pulling on the right. It didn't get any better.

I brought my car back and tried to get them to diagnose what is still wrong. But they told me it was not covered in warranty and refused to provide me the service that I paid for. They expect me to pay again for a service they didn't even do right the first time again. How lousy of them

I paid full price for something that I didn't get. If you value money and modesty, this is not the place.

These guys are honest, reliable, and fast! Same day service if you're lucky. Go with the warranty if you're buying a new set it's worth it. Shout out to Jose and Barak for amazing service today!

I scheduled an appointment 4 days prior. I looked on their website it informed me they had tires in my size available (the website lets you know if they’re on site, at a warehouse, or at a nearby store.) when I arrived I was informed by the service advisor that “NO, we only have Goodyear in your size availability & it’s $490 for 2 tires. ” Tried to discuss that the website states they have other options available. He was very rude & sent me off. I drove up the street to a gas station called like a new customer, spoke with someone else & we discussed all the tire options he had in stock. However it was too late now & I would need to drive in the rain. Came in the next day the manager Jose was awesome but my service TPMS monitor system is on. They either did not reset it or inform me which sensors needed to be replaced. I guess the only thing I can say is Jose the manager works his a$$ off, to the technicians if you’re not going to do the job right don’t do it all. Next time I’ll pay the extra $ somewhere else. If you’re providing a service, provide it. If that’s an issue for you you’re sales experience probably sucks.

I really appreciate American Tire Depot. I was on my lunch break heading back to work when my tire went completely flat. I panicked as I needed to be back at work and don’t have AAA. I stopped at 2 gas stations and filled my tire. I saw American Tire Depot but turned into the tire establishment next door. I asked about getting my tire fixed and the guy was not very friendly. He told me he was not sure if they could get to me and that I would need to wait a long time. No time estimate provided. I walked out and went to American Tire Depot. The gentleman there quickly helped me out. They fixed my flat at no charge and had me back on the road in 15 min. My experience has been that because I’m a woman certain establishments take advantage. I was expecting to pay as I have in the past for a flat tire and was very surprised this was not the case. I definitely would recommend this place not because they didn’t charge me but because they were honest about the circumstance.

Called asked about fixing a flat. They said yes just bring it in I was in and out in about 30 min for this group getting me and my family back out to enjoy some SoCal fun they were great. Thank you all so much for the outstanding service. The Byrd family
