A lot of fake reviews here: the most slowest service I ever got for changing tires even I have an appointment. Changing tires for 2 hrs when there is only my car there at their place. Workers that supposed to work on my car are standing and on phone for so long. If I can give no star I will.

Adam does an outstanding job with multi-tasking at the service center and still remains calm and approachable. Adam took the time with me to locate the best price for the brand of tires I had been looking for! Great job and fast service! Keep up the good work and the friendly atmosphere!

I came in right when I got out of work due to having a nail in my tire…huge life savers because I didn’t have to drive my kids around with it. I got a new tire at a very decent price! Thank you guys so much.

Especially when you are experiencing auto troubles. These guys ate so effient and courteous. Alec at the front desk was very helpful, and Jeremy was able to do.the repairs.and get me back on the road again Thank you!

A really great place to do business. We were able to make a really quick appointment via texting our needs, and received a reasonable quote in minutes. The guys at the shop were polite, friendly, efficient and professional. They did an alignment, a quick and complete check of the overall condition of the vehicle, and we were on the way. Highly recommend this company for you tire, and automotive needs. Thanks.

The new boss guy (I think his name might be Quincy) justified and rationalized with excuses as to why he was NOT willing to accommodate my request for services. He did not seem to take any kind of empathy or care for me & the timeless urgency & of my needs as a customer at all. He was very adamant about refusing service to me. I feel he was cold and emotionless towards me. However
Thank goodness for the other mechanic employees who at the very last minutes intervened & took initiative & gave me the time and attention that I, as a customer deserved & should have been offered by (we'll call him) Quincy in the first place. My issue was temporarily but very satisfactorily resolved. However that blessing was almost missed due to Quincy's choices The choices when left solely to the new boss guy almost led to ruin for me. I DID thank him though for the care & service of the "other" mechanic employees. 5 Stars for them. In conclusion i must say: I will never go back there again because of the new boss guy Quincy. (I think that's his name) But I WILL pray for him cause he seriously needs prayer.

Got rigged. I had called in for an appointment. I was given a different price on one tire sensor and sensor reset. Price given $36 for my make and model. Then showing up for an appointment and them saying they are going to take care of me. In the end, I got charged close to $100. Note to self and for everyone. Check with prices before they do the work. Don't trust the call center they have you call for pricing. I could have gone somewhere else for a cheaper price than the ending price I paid at the end.

I was able to get an appt right away which was important to me because I only have 1 day a week off. The Mgr, Joseph, was very helpful and explained all charges, showed me the damaged parts on my vehicle and made recommendations.

Guy's at American tire depot i really appreciate you all for taking the time to work on my car and to the manager Joseph i would like to thank you as well for letting me know that my hub assembly and bearings needed to be replaced. I really appreciate that very much. I will most definitely will be back for more service.

I was in there not that long ago and couldnt get any help and all the guys in the shop were just outside while there was cars to get done. Figured they were on lunch so i left and came back a couple hours later and they were still out side not doing anything. The same car was in there. Yall need to do something about your staff about wasting company time. Get it together or fire them and hire people who want to work. Sorry not sorry

Joseph helped me out today and definitely was knowledgeable and very helpful. Whenever I need work done to my car.these guys are my go to. Very reasonable prices as well. Certified mechanics if you ask me

The manager Joseph was a huge help. He was able to get the tires that I wanted for my genesis coupe 3.8 ultimate over night. Having a staggered car makes it a challenge when I need to purchase new tires but this has been by far one of the best experiences. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I would highly suggest anyone looking for anything tire or wheel related to ask for the manager Joseph at American Tire on Blackstone! He's very consistent and has the best customer service!

While I received friendly service, the tires I received didn't last. They aligned my car when I got the tires & I kept up with rotations, but the tires only lasted 9K miles, about 6 months. Tires were OK at last rotation at 6K miles, now they are bald

Got me some new wheels and tires, needed a fast a reliable install. I went to American Tires Depot and they got the job done right. They mounted the tires on the wheels, balanced it, did alignment, and install all four wheels for a very good price. Alex and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. Had the luxury of the lead technician Beto work on my car. He was diligent and took his time. Fitments came out perfect, not a single scratch on my new wheels or tires! If you're looking for an honest, fast, and reliable shop to work on your tires or wheels, hit up this place! Highly recommend! II'll be returning for future work on my tires and wheels. Thanks gents!

Joseph the Manager and Alex were awesome. They didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need. They sold me exactly what I needed and did a good job of explaining exactly why I needed it. I had a stud they could have charged me for because another shop had cross threaded it but they were able to fix it at no charge. Can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely amazing! I hit a curb HARD this morning. Got towed up to American Tire Depot. They not only got me in same day but fixed extensive issues (not just a flat tire! Ball joint, control arm, and rotor) they fixed everything for me same day. On a SATURDAY! They were so polite and thanked me for patiently waiting but honestly they did so much for me I could never thank these men enough! Happiest customer ever!
