Horrible phone manners/etiquette, spoke to an incompetent salesman, who lied about when his manager Eric would be available, his lack of professionalism and patience is unbearable and for the sake of your business I would highly recommend you hire people that actually like their job at minimum.

Manager and staff are very helpful, they solved my problem very quickly, I would recommend this to everyone.

They wont honor the manufacturer 3yr/75000 mile defect warranty.because i didnt buy their road hazard warranty. My tires plies started seperating and they basically told me to contact kuhmo and deal with it myself.

Employees are very helpful and great service. Being a woman when you take your car to any automotive place, they take advantage of you being a female. American Tire Depot, they do not take advantage of female. Their prices for their products and services is very reasonable.

Definitely the place to go too for a wheel Alignment. Ask for FRANK he knows what he's doing when it come to wheel Alignments. I been taking all my cars there's for year's because of FRANK'S EXPERTISE.

Awesome and fast service. They have free flat repair as long as it's in a fixable spot. Litteraly came in and out right when they opened on a SUNDAY

The staff was friendly and the service was great. The prices are a little high though but at least my vehicles work got done right with a warranty.

2000 DOLLARS AND I SAID NO THANK YOU, WENT TO LES SCHWAN AND LITERALLY PAID 300 DOLLARS FOR BOTH CONTROL ARMS. BUYER BEWARE AND SHOP AROUND FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN BRAKES!
