The manager Jay was very nice and helpful, worked with me on my road hazard warranty and got it all done and the two gentlemen working on the tires were very professional so thanks to the American tire depot of Upland

One of the guys at the front desk was incredibly rude, they had my car parked outside for hours and did not even work on it. Replaced my rotors, brought my car back because the job was not good and they left it worse

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with a tire ready to blowout. Adam got me a full set of tires ready to go right away, and for a good price. I had a spare mounted by the previous owner and when they went to use the Nissan spare tire wrench, they found out mine was missing from under the backseat. Big problem because it's not a tool they keep handy. Adam called up one of their delivery drivers and asked if he could swing by so they could borrow the one from his work truck. He agreed and they got it done in no time. That is going above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here.

Was in dire need of a new tire to replace a rear flat an hour plus away from home. I had been to several shops before coming to American Tire Depot in search of a tire that would fit my BMW 428i, none of which had my size tire and none of which detected cause for concern with another tire that was on the verge of busting. Adam was friendly, professional, and efficient… though he didn’t have what I needed in stock, he picked up and installed 2 run flats on my vehicle 2 hours before close, and made it so that I could get back home safely 10/10 recommend and thank you, Adam!

I am a very happy with the service Adam and his team from American Tire Depot in Upland provide. They have serviced my old cars and now my new car from air filters, rotate tires, oil change and have bought new tires for cars and my trailer.

The worst! They want to charge you extra always.

Better go to Waltmar here, it's a waste of time, they want to demand you pay for a new tire when your tire still has a solution. DON'T BELIEVE THEM ANYTHING, THEY JUST WANT TO SELL.

I came in for a vehicle inspection on a pre-owned Honda Accord I was planning on purchasing. Adam helped me out and his expertise showed me flaws about the car I wouldn’t have caught on my own. These guys are cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also affordable. Thank you guys.

Make sure you go to this place if you want absolutely nothing done. Purchase your tires here, make sure to get your certificates for each and if you happen to run over a nail do Not expect them to honor the certificate. Speak to Adam to have your families safety pushed over.
