Very nice, friendly and professional! Nolan help me. Nobody wants to buy new tires, but the process was easy and relatively quick!

Took our Denali in as we noticed the rear tire was low. They found a nail and removed it repaired the tire all in 20 minutes. To top it off when we asked how much? They said no charge! Wow! They just earned 2 new customers!

My truck's message display showed I had low tire pressure on a tire. I took it in and they immediately checked it and found a nail. Not only did they fix it with 15 minutes, they didn't charge us for the tire repair.service like this earned our business for life.

Worst experience I've ever had at a car shop. The young man said they could do all the services I needed, one was a transmission flush. I was trying to be proactive in maintenance for my vehicle.

1 yr later my transmission goes out and I'm told by the dealership there was not enough fluid in it. It never had a leak or any other problems and these are the only guys to ever service my transmission.

So sad that they knew problems wouldn't come up immediately so they went ahead and did a service they didn't know how to do with no regard for myself and kid's safety. Lesson learned.

Nolan was very friendly and helpful, I needed four tires about an hour before they close and he was able to find me good tires that fit my budget and get them on the car in 30 minutes. Thank you for the great service.

Terrible experience at the Brea location. I usually am always a big fan of American Tire Depot and have been going to their Fullerton location for years. We needed some new tires for our car so we made an appointment online and ordered some tires on their website. The car has stock wheels and the website said these tires would fit so we scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning. Their website said the tires would be available on Wednesday prior to our appointment so thought everything was gonna go smooth but nope. We go to drop off the car and the manager tells us they don't have the tires and that he'll have to send someone to get them if we want them. Dude is acting like it's an inconvenience for him to have to do this. But we said yes we wanted those tires so he sends his guy and we leave. He calls us back almost 2 hours later saying we ordered the wrong tires and they don't fit. We ordered them through the website and it said they would fit the car so i don't understand why now they're not the right tires. Dude makes zero effort to apologize and basically blames us for ordering the wrong tires f$#k this location will never be going back there. With all the other tire places around I'd rather give them my business than deal with this incompetent manager.

This was the best tire service experience I ever had. Everyone was professional, friendly took the time to discuss my needs and recommend the best. I will be coming here often. Loves Nolan, Chris and Jose best technicians ever

Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. Got tires for my wife’s Jeep for the first time here, I’ll come back with my van and Hellcat. I don’t just trust anyone with my Hellcat.

Nolan sent a guy to get my tires I needed and got them installed asap as I was stuck on the 57 fwy. They got them changed right away. The guys in the shop were just a good.

These guys do excellent work. I asked I for my scheduled appointment, the paperwork was ready, and I was out the door. It took less than 2 min to get checked in and out the door. Christian and Nolan were fantastic. They got my brake job done in half a day including replacing the rotors. Highly recommend these guys.

They always have great prices and discounts. The quality of their work is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Do not come here if you do not know exactly what you want fixed and know generally how much it costs. They will find stuff to overcharge your with their outrageous labor charge rates and say replacing brake pads will take 4 to 5 hours. On top of that they will find stuff to "fix" that dont need to be fixed and try to add a couple hours of labor to. Do not come here for anything but tires, they will scam you.

Great and prompt service to detail, I didn’t even need to make an appointment very affordable on product (Tires) at hand a return customer they won my business
