American Tire Depot - Sherman Oaks

I love this place. Even if it wasn’t close to home. They are nice and thorough and have great deals. They are knowledgeable and don’t push you to buy what you don’t need. They are honest. I’ll keep going back here cus I know they care about my car and it’s needs.

It was good until the tire tech changed my tires, I go in to get new tires for my (IN THE BOX NEW WHEELS) and I leave without MY original lug nuts, WITHOUT the original REAL CHROME valve stems my NEW WHEELS CAME WITH and some scratches on MY NEW WHEELS. ALSO MY oem infiniti logo valve stem caps aren't in my possession. Manager did his best to satisfy me but once the sale was done with I was treated like a homeless person asking for change. I went on Saturday the 13th of March, 2021. I truly want my wheels fixed because this isn't how I purchased them.

Wonderful fast service with friendly technicians and a reasonable price.after two issues with nails and needing to replace tires I have used them twice in the last year and a half and highly recommend

I got a great deal through Groupon so I took my BMW 630i for an oil change and a few other things. They did a great job on that part, but the thing that really got me was the customer service. They really care about keeping the customers happy and that’s pretty rare these days. So a hearty thanks to the guys there and to Jason at HQ! I’ll be back! (And so will my car)

Excellent service and good prices. American Tire Depot was recommended to me by 3 different people and I understand why. Everyone was very helpful and they got me in and out. I had the unfortunate luck of of having 2 flat tires in a week and h ad to go to different locations based on where I was when i got each flat tire and the service is consistently good at all locations.

I’ve been here several times to have my tires patched up from nails. These guys always help me. They get me in and out so quick.

I got 4 new tires today (3/6/20). They ordered my tires the day before, and when I arrived they took my car in right at my appointment time. They were fast, efficient and most of all, gave me a great deal! Beat Costco prices by $100.

The Sherman Oaks American Tire Depot is in a convenient location. The staff are all very friendly. Without making an appointment I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours. They finished the job in less than an hour! They work fast. I would definitely come to this location again. It is also a short walk to Starbucks.

This place is great. Honest and kind service. Not to mention quality and price. Don't know how other tire shops can compete. Certainly coming back!

What a friendly group! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes to get a new tire. They were all very friendly, knowledgable and trusting. I will never go anywhere for my tire needs and neither should you!

I came to buy a full set of tires for My car today. Anthony & Jesus we’re very helpful with the process and informed Me of the necessity of a wheel alignment as well. They made Me feel comfortable that I was in good hands.

Anthony is wonderful, his customer service is outstanding. The mechanic (did not catch his name, sorry!) was very helpful in showing me the problem, and getting my input on the best solution. They also replaced a missing washer that Firestone forgot the last time I got my oil changed with them. I will definitely be back!

I had a nail in my tire and wanted to get it fixed day of. American Tire Depot online and went in. They patched the tire and got me on my way in 20 mins. Very friendly and fast.

I came in with a flat tire. They repaired it, saving me having to buy a new one. Everyone was courteous and they were able to take care of it while I waited.

I found them because I needed an oil change and they got wonderful reviews on Yelp. Well everything they said was true! Everyone was super nice, they changed my oil and fixed my tire in less than 45 min. I highly recommend them!
