Waited for 2+ hours even though I made an appointment. After a long wait, they don't even give an apology for the long wait time despite the fact that I made an appointment. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Excellent service and the best prices on tires. Also, located in Diamond Bar which is a plus rather than having to go to less than safe areas for cheap prices. I fully recommend them and I also recommend getting their warranty on new tires; Saved me over $200 on a tire punctured by a screw on the sidewall.

Professional customer service, very knowledgeable of tires, manager took the time to explain and provided options.

Wife’s car had a nail in it, got there as soon as they open. Employees there were professional and fast. Got me in and out of there in a timely manner.

I stopped by on my way to get a oil change and new tires at two other different locations. I was politely greeted and asked how they could help. I explained what I was looking for and was given a variety of options on tires. Needless to say, I got a great deal on 4 new tires and a oil change. I saved about $400 off what I was about to spend elsewhere. Thanks for the great service/prices guys!

Excellent service. Took longer than I'd like but I was informed of the time ahead of time. Additionally fix flat tire for free!

They did my alginment there and they have a 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong with the alignment, I can just take it back and they will fix it!

I took my Jeep in for an alignment and right after I was hearing a metal rubbing sound and I thought it was because of the alignment. I went back like an hour later and they checked it, It had nothing to do with the alignment but they still fixed noise that it was making.

I needed a new tire on a late Friday afternoon. I was prepared to wait up to 2 hours in a crowded waiting room. To my surprise, Dave and his guys had me in and out in an hour. And their professionalism was evident. Plus the total price was very reasonable. We will be going back to American Tire Depot for our future tire needs. Thanks guys!

Oil change and tire rotation was done professionally. Quick blurp in over charge at check out. Explained what was quoted to me and all was well.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. And it was done in a timely matter. I will definitely go back there in the future. Plus the location Ian very convineant for me

Awesome staff, took my car here just to change my tires but they pointed out something that another place didn’t which needs a serious repair. Highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable crew. Although encourage to make an appointment if you don’t want to wait too long

Very professional staff. Carlos dropped me off at my residence while vehicle was being serviced. Will definitely have my vehicle serviced here again for any future maintenance.

Driving down the 57 and my boyfriend says my tires were “cupping” and I needed tires RIGHT NOW. So we pulled off the freeway not only did I get a fabulous price but we told them we were in a hurry and got us in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you America’s tire! #customerforkife

I gave this location 5 stars, because Carlos was very friendly and professional when I called and stated that my tow service was bringing my car in. He ordered the part right away, gave me an estimated time of completion and he kept me informed while I waited.

Came by at 8am for a tire pressure check and Carlos was readily available to help me with a big smile. He also gave me insights about tires and weather, options I may need and etc. This is the kind of service that a customer like me will be coming back again and again. Nice guys but ended up buying my wheels and tires elsewhere (Feb 2017). Took too long to get me what I needed at a good price. Never got the call backs I was promised.went online and had gear shipped and mounted 3 days later.tire rack.will probably try them again for shocks or something. If that doesn't work will close the credit card out. I will say I bought a full set of wheels and tires (Oct 2016) from them and that install and those people at the time did a great job - it took a couple days to get everything in on that install but it went well overall price and time wise.
