Had a nail in my tire causing tire pressure to drop.was plesantly surprised to find out that my service is FREE. I wasn't expecting a free lunch.
Boy, yes, you hear that: FREE!

Jairo was very nice, curteous and pleasant to talk to about my tire.
Better yet, he did not try to push for unnecessary service (s).

I would recommend this place.

Jonathan was amazing! He was super helpful, and was able to get me a great price on some tires. His customer service was definitely admirable.

I called quite a few places and they had the best prices for Michelin Defenders for my Prius V. Art was very helpful in the phone and friendly and efficient in giving me my quote. When I got there he was busy, but Jonathon jumped right in and my quote was on the system. They got the tires on fast and so far I notice a huge difference in the ride. Very good experience.

Went in for new tires and shocks when I got my car back there was a squeak in one of the wheels I brought it back three times in one day with still no luck brought it back a fourth time on another day and still no fix tire still squeaks they could never figure it out

I scheduled a 4-tire replacement for my 2006 Prius. Very personable staff, walked me through everything. Even gave me complimentary alignment. Also upgraded me for free to a better tire than I ordered because they were out of the other one. Best price I could find in the area on 4-tire replacement service. Only gripe is I didn't get an email confirmation when I scheduled my appointment online.

Robert takes time to explain everything you need done on your car. Great prices and they treat you like a family member. This is store is best

American tire depot is awesome! The staff is caring and thoughtful and they go the extra mile to take care of me on any of my issues. If you anyone of you need something related to cars American tire depot is the place to be. Thank you Robert for your outstanding customer service.

My first visit was ok sales was very helpful and attentive. 2nd visit sales person was a bit pushie with sales. 3rd visit excellent again very attentive helpful pleasant. I would recommend to others

Very caring and knowledgeable.
I had a nail in the center of my tire that I wanted patched. I left the register and walked over to my car. The guy who was working on my car showed me a second nail (on the inner corner of the tire) that I apparently missed. He said I will need to buy a new tire, because the corner hole cannot be patched and that the tire could explode. I did not know that. Life saver, Thanks!

Overall it was a good experience. Friendly customer service was provided. A discount was given. I would definitely appreciate an estimate of how long my next service will take. It seemed like a long wait. Also, my tire pressure after service is uneven.

I bought all 4 of my tires here. I had a nail in my tire they patched it for free I will recommend this place they have nice workers there as well.crew is really great.
