The guys at this shop do a great job of making sure you know what is going on with your car before recommending additional work. I stopped going to Firestone because it seemed every time I brought one of my cars in for an oil change and rotation they always recommended a grand of additional work and made it sound like if I didn’t get it done that day I was taking a risk with my life, these guys here are straight shooters, are very friendly and transparent. Would give five stars, but they do seem to take their time when the car is in the shop, which may just be due to assuring a job done well and safely. Great service, just make sure you have a half to a full day to sacrifice for service in case they do find something during the inspection that needs additional maintenance.

This guys are amazing. You wont feel you're a stranger as soon as you enter. Great service. Will definitely come back

The personnel is extremely professional and friendly; they are experts and provide you with outstanding customer service and I’m not going to forget Rick, the level of service he provided is phenomenal, he found the tires I needed and they were installed the same day, I will recommend this place to all friends and family Rick thank you again!

Went in for an oil change and the first thing I hear is some cussing loud I get closer and it’s the manager his name is Rick. He starts telling one of his employer negative remarks. This is place is not family oriented. Not good at all! I left never coming back

These guys were great! In and out very fast. Ordered a tire and received it following day. They checked other tires as well to make sure no nails were in it.

My go to place for tires. They are honest and trustworthy. You can depend on them getting the job done.

Jeff is the best. Got my out of stock tires. 4 mounted and aligned in record time. And also with a veteran discount. ATD has always been the greatest. Also don't skimp and get the 3 yr alignment. ATD and BF Goodrich and Jeff are the best! I will always purchase tires from ATD, because of their dedication to the customer. And also they stand by their products, honor their certificates and also always go the extra mile.

We bought 4 tires for a f250 it has not been 2 months and 2 tires blew off. I'm calling consumer reports and other agencies to complain.the tires were sold on a promotion but they are bad quality, I'm assuming very thin.this guys tell you it comes with a warranty but this is not quality.and we are not happy spending triple the price fixing these terrible tires.never did has this happened to us we have always bought them at Costco.so please do not buy promotions here!

Everytime i go to American Tire Depot, i am treated with respect and the staff is knowledgeable on what will work best for your vehicle from cars to trucks to trailers (that sums my rides up in an instant).

Good customer services. Just little bit of a wait on getting oil changed & tires roasted. Took mechanics a hour and a half to finish. I had appointment and was like 2nd person there.

Very good clean store with a lot of stock. The staff is very polite and efficient. The overall service is exceptional. Before buying tires here I had experience getting to tires repaired; the did fast efficient repairs at no charge, but a I tipped the repairmen.

My front right tire got flat this afternoon around 6 pm and went to see if the tire is repairable. Unfortunately the hole was on the side of tire wall, so I had to buy a new tire. They recommended BFGoodrich and the price were fair. I decided to replace both of the front tires and they change them very quickly. Thank you for the great service.
