30Norman was extremely helpful and explained the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a battery through AAA. With the extra difficulty involved on my vehicle's battery being inside the wheel well and the additional labor costs involved ($100) it was more economical to purchase elsewhere. However, if you have a normally mounted battery in the engine compartment I would fully recommend to get through them. The battery was the same price as the auto store, but they come to you and drop it in.
The tech was extremely helpful and stuck around to figure out why my stupid car wouldn't go into gear after the battery died

Norman was the serviceman who helped me out. He was superb and superbly knowledgable. He explained things clearly and gave me pointers other mechanics and technicians should have told me but did not. Norman was thorough and honest. I will request him again if i have a car problem in the future.

American Towing provided excellent communication while we awaited their arrival. Armando greeted us with a positive "can-do" attitude and made sure we were safe while he proficiently secured our truck and trailer for towing. The tow went smoothly and correct procedures were followed. Armando provided excellent customer service.
My semi broke down. They came out very fast and towed me to shoo. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Even offered ride to motel. Would recommend to family and friends.
I thought I was going to get heat stroke waiting. However, tow truck technician was so wonderful when he showed up an knew exactly what to do and had my tire changed in no time. Even though I was extremely cranky, he was always pleasant and kind, and extremely courteous. Many Thanks to him!
