2Lost my pets ashes threw away his blanket without asking me then told me I was weird for wanting it back charged me full price for the wrong ashes and never gave me the paw print I requested and prepaid for.gave me the 100 back for no paw print but gave me the wrong ashes and charged me 500 for them. Most F'd up experience EVER!
Really disappointed in this place. Brought in two newly adopted kittens and all the Dr did was give the kittens their shots and sent us on our way. No examinations. Didn’t even weight them, the front desk staff told us to weight them ourselves in the dog scale and then got mad when one of the kittens ran into the bathroom. Didn’t look at their teeth, their ears, nothing. I even expressed concerns of one of the kittens being sneezy and coughing and was just told “kittens can sneeze up to 3 months after being sick” like really? !? Now I’m having to take my cats to Reno to get a PROPER exam since beckworths on a waiting list (and now I’m understanding why they have a wait list)
