Our purchase started with the decision of lower cost versus higher quality.
We decided to go with the Kohler products at American Vision Baths because of the quality of the product and of the sales presentation by Bobby G.
I also want to express gratitude to the installers, Jose F.and Fernando. Their work was EXCELLENT!

The pipe from wall is loose. They returned and siliconed it. Unacceptable. The only way to repair is to remove walls and secure the pipe like it was before installation. It is loose again. Can’t can’t shower head as it will only loosen pipe further.
