American Vision Windows

Had American Vision Windows of Orange County come out for a service call on our front windows. We had all of our windows replaced years ago by them. Unlike so many companies that are either out of business or unresponsive to past customers, they are still attentive to any new problems. They are always friendly and courteous while caring for our needs. Their serviceman Ralph Guzman was no different this time. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. This is a great company and we're glad to have done business with them!

Our windows will be installed in a few weeks. So far, we have received excellent service by both Peter and Albert in the process of learning everything about the new retrofit windows. The information presented to us was thorough and all our questions have been answered. Our window openings have been measured twice, by both Peter and Albert, to make sure the order is placed correctly. We are looking forward to a successful installation and will post another review at that time.

I retained American Vision last year to install a Kohler walk-in bath in my elderly parents' home which required taking down an exterior wall and reinstalling a bay window. We also had them replace an existing glass sliding door. American Vision's window/door crew was outstanding. Unfortunately, the subcontractor used to install the Kohler tub was not. One year later, I was very happy to learn that American Vision is now using their own crews to install these baths. I called them because the tub was not draining and the stop was not staying opened. I was so impressed with Ken, the technician who solved the entire problem by figuring out the exact height required for the drain stop to allow it to drain perfectly. My poor mother had waited one year to take a bath and was only using the shower head as the tub would not drain. Ken was meticulous and took immense pride in solving our issue. It was a joy to call American Vision and have them respond as quickly as they did. Now that they are doing all of the work for Kohler bath installations, I would highly recommend them. Their window/door work is impeccable. Thank you, Ken!

Albert was super courteous and professional. He is in charge of crew and final measurements. Helped me understand the process. He along with Armen in sales (Simi Valley) were very informative and patient in explaining all the variables.

Albert was a pleasure to work with when he came out for our final measure. I appreciate his patience in answering all my questions and allowing me plenty of time to check and recheck options I needed to decide on. He called ahead and was right on time. This is the third time we are using American Vision Windows because we have been very happy with the results.

After getting estimates from 3 different window companies, we opted to go with AVW. They are thorough and upfront about options available. Albert came out and measured and was able to correct a few mistakes made by the salesperson. He was knowledgeable and friendly and explained the entire process.

UPDATE: I want to add that we had experienced some delays in installation and had some problems getting the windows to pass inspection. However, the customer service we received from Jon Paul DeLaRiva and Sergio Zaragoza was great. They had nothing to do with the issues/problems we had but worked tirelessly to the end to help us remedy the situation.

The installers that did our job were amazing! I'd like to thank Isidoro, Pascual & Sgrgio! They installed 2 bay view windows and a slider all in the same day. The new bay view windows were slightly smaller than the ones they replaced and they had to do some custom modifications; they did a wonderful job and did not charge us for the extra work. This is my second time using this company and I will be calling them again for a 3rd time on another property in a few weeks! Highly recommended!

Albert and David came from American Vision Windows and explained the process for installing new patio doors. They answered all my questions and I will be using them to install the doors.

Albert did a wonderful job measuring the windows in the house, explaining the process since it’s the final measurement we went through what the retrofit would look like and everything. I am super happy with my experience and Albert did an awesome job keeping me informed throughout the process. There was a small issue-and he got back to me same day which I really appreciate. We are starting our third install of windows with American Vision. Their sales person Peter Stein is very friendly and knowledgeable and their install measurer Albert is efficient and friendly as well. This is a first class operation and their windows are fantastic!

Excellent outcome with extra special service from Jessie, Jason, and Andrew. AVW did 8 of my windows, including a garden window. This is a company that stands behind its work, and has been a pleasure to work with their people. I researched a number of replacement window companies, and decided upon AVW and I am so glad I used them. Workmanship is top notch!

We had a great team of guys. Ralph, Mike, KG, and Jim gave us the greatest service. The attention to detail was incredible. We can't stop staring at our house. It looks beautiful. Even when the job was done Ralph, Mike and KG stayed and helped my husband put up our awning above our kitchen window. Priceless. I would recommend them to everyone.

Albert stopped by to measure the windows. He was super helpful and informative as well as friendly and easy to talk to. Nice to work with a company that has great customer service!

Ok, so this review is 5 years late. But, that being said, I had my windows installed in 2014. So they have had ample time to prove whether they are sufficient or not. I am happy to report that I haven't had any problems. The only negative thing that I have noticed is the framework is starting to fade on the windows that are in the direct sunlight most of the day. Otherwise, no problems. Next week I am getting a quote to do my mom's house.

The experieance thus far with American Windows has been wonderful! Their entire staff has been very prompt with apts, excellent with follow up communication and very professional. Albert came out today to measure my windows for the instal and was extreamly professional as well as David who our first apt was orignally with. Looking forward to our new windows.
