Working with AVW is great! From Gonzo (salesman) to Gabby in the office to Christian the estimator. We are looking forward to the install of our beautiful new sliding glass door.

I'm really, really happy with my experience from American Vision Windows.from the quote process (good price) to installation, these guys were great. In particular, the 6 guys that did my install were terrific. Arrived on time and estimated installation time was Polite, made sure everything was cleaned up, easy to have in my home, trustworthy, etc. Really great company.highly recommend.

From our first visit to the store talking to Chris Perez to working with Mike Wilson to help us get the look we wanted our experience with American Vision Windows has been outstanding not to mention a great value too!
On March 13th Roberto, Jeremy, James and Omar G.showed up on time and did the whole front of the house plus a sliding door in the back. I was running up and down the stairs trying to take it all in. Working in efficient teams they were clean, organized and friendly. We were amazed at the quality of the work and how much they did in one day. When the rest of our windows came in. We asked to have the same crew come back.unfortunately they were already booked and we were assured the next crew were great too. We love the way the front of our house looks and were already feeling the insulating properties too.
On April 5th another fantastic crew showed up a little early which actually got me back to work in time to see a new client. Nacho and Emmanuel Ayala and Alex Chap got to work in the same organized fashion: Floors protected, old windows removed, no mess, cleaned up as they went. Once again a precision installation and friendly too.
We were nervous about whether we were picking the right window and grid patterns but fell in love with our new look and insulation we could feel from the first install. We would welcome back these two teams to work on our house any time. Thank you!

When Julia called to schedule the appointment, she was kind and courteous. I explained that my daughter would be in virtual school during the appointment, she heard my concern and assured me that the tech would be able to work around our schooling.
When Christian arrived, he was respectful of our space, worked amazingly around my 2 kids and their desire to do show and tell with our cat. He took time to answer all of my questions. Have already recommended them to friends, based off customer service. Currently waiting for install day!)

Horrible customer service, have exterior of window separating. Repeated calls, in person visit, assurances "someone" will contact us.still no response! Apparently their warranty is not honored! Perhaps a lawsuit will get their attention.

I’ve just had 3 windows and 1 door installed by this amazing team from American Vision Windows Simi Valley. From the moment they arrived until the time they left, they were very professional and friendly team. Each room was left as they found it, clean. I was told what was about to happen before and we did a walk through after the job was finished. I so appreciate their high quality of work. It is detailed oriented in which I love. The other day I had one of my windows replaced that had a damaged handle. The 2 gentleman Sergio and Blair came out that morning, on time I might add, were pleasent to deal with and very fast. They had my new window in right away. I want to also thank Michael for setting it up, this was a positive experience.

We have had a tremendous experience with American Vision Windows. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. We just had our second measurement and Christian was awesome! He knew his stuff, did a thorough job and was extremely kind.

The American Vision Windows Anlon Windows are of superb quality. The fit well, protect against UV, keep outside noise outside, and control temperature. We've put them in two of our houses and love them. The crew (Javier, Jose, Omar, Ricardo, and Erin) showed up on time and installed 10 windows and a sliding glass door in 4 hours. They did top notch work, were very accommodating, and worked beautifully as a team.

Robert and Raul were incredible. I would give them more stars if able. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and cohesively as a team. You could tell that they take pride in their workmanship. Fast and Reliable. I was honestly stunned by how quickly they were able to install multiple large windows and a new sliding door in roughly 1/2 a day. Would definitely use them in the future again! They know their stuff. Crew is very thorough in their clean up also.

AVW installed 7 windows and 2 sliders yesterday at my rental property. Big shout out to Roberto, Raul and Joe for a perfect install, and also to Christian who noticed the grid spacing as done by the computer would not look right. He corrected it before the order got to the factory.

First, our experience with the sales manager, Don, was great. He didn't try to hard sell and was clear that he might not be the cheapest, but the quality was excellent. We did our research and had to agree. We had questions along the way an Don always got back to us and assured us (we'd had some bad experiences with contractors). The day before our install is was pouring rain so we called. He again assured us saying he would not install if it was going to cost him money in service calls.

The day came and the team showed up on time. I figured there was no way they could install everything in one day on our two-story house including two sliders, but a huge team showed up. Javier, Martin, Nacho, Willy, Omar R, Jose S, Aaron, Ryan and Kane were very respectful of me and our house. Booties and drop cloths everywhere. They worked hard and checked in with me when they had questions about a particular window. Javier even told me one of the windows had a defect, though the part was easily replaced. When we did the final walk through he pointed out the defect, which I could hardly see and might have missed in the walk through, but these guys take pride in their work. They said that they would get the part and schedule a service call within the next couple weeks.

These guys were great, Don was great. They all came through, and now we have beautiful, energy efficient, quiet window. Couldn't be happier.

With AVW windows of over a decade, my husband called for help because he couldn't physically do a repair. Sergio, Blair & Michael came out and did the repair in 10 minutes, and didn't charge him. Customer service is excellent!

We had a great experience with American Vision. They were the third company I contacted, and we ultimately went with AVW for price, quality and a level trust. Our salesman Armen worked with us on the budget and, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised by the total cost of the project. Today was install day and Carlos, Jose, Richard, Eddie, Cameron and Aaron were prompt, polite, efficient and clean. House looks great. Love my new windows! Thanks!

Richard and Aaron did a great job of installing the windows we wanted exactly the way we wanted. They left nothing to chance and really went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything before they even started. I would definitely recommend American Vision Widows and Richard an Aaron for quality work and a quality product.
Once the windows were installed, a separate crew came out to install custom window trim coil around all of our newly installed windows. Willy, Roberto, Joe, and Raul went to work efficiently and expertly fabricating the trim to match our other windows. They’re end product brought everything together nicely in a surprisingly short amount of time.

Sergio Blair and Michael were amazing. They showed up on time and replaced the correct sliding glass door with an incorrect one that had been installed specifically a built in doggie door that was way too small. The correct door is amazing and my dog loves going in and out.
