I’m so very happy I chose American Vision Windows. I have never bought windows before, so I really appreciated the time Bettye took explaining the types of windows and all of the different features. She had samples and informative videos. I decided on the Anlin windows. Charles came out to do the measuring and he answered more my questions and I felt that he was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Finally, the windows were installed and I couldn’t be happier. The installer Manuel, and his crew (including Eduardo and others that I did not get their names unfortunately) were on time, answered more questions, and did a fabulous job with the installation. I love these windows.

A real pleasure to do business with these folks. Jim Wells helped make the ordering process stress-free, and the installation crew (Manny, Eric, Chris & Eddy) were skilled & efficient, right down to the finishing touches. I should have done this sooner!

Entire experience was excellent. Salesperson, Val, was professional and patient. Alex, installation tech, again was very professional and explained the process during install. Grace checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly during the install. I felt we got good value for the quality and are happy overall.

I had a great experience working with American Vision Windows. Our installers were fantastic (Alex Sr, Eddy, Eric, Dimitri). They showed up on-time and got straight to work. Everything was finished and perfectly installed by early afternoon. We had some especially difficult windows to install (very large and high ceilings), but they were able to install them securely and swiftly. I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows to others!

Replacing windows for an entire four bedroom house is a serious investment. I did my research and am very glad I selected American Vision windows. From Jim coming out the first time, to Michael and his crew crushing it, to Grace and Cindy following up, the whole experience was easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

American Vision Windows did an outstanding job for us. From our initial sales contact with Jim to working with Grace, Mike, Alex, Cristian, Gary and Zach. All we're outstanding. We highly recommend them all. I apologize for any names I have left off because of my memory. Literally every person we worked with was fantastic.

We order 8 sliders and 1 huge 10ft glass door and they were all installed in our single level home in under 5 hours. AMAZING

From the first call to American Vision Windows to the final installation everyone was polite, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The installation team were prompt, professional, polite, and proficient. They completed installation of 8 windows in just over three hours! Fantastic! Was scheduled for 9 windows, but team leader Mike spotted apparent damage to one and held it back for repairs or replacement. Appreciated his vigilance on that! And the follow up by phone with Grace was "frosting on the cake"! She took time to maid sure all had been done on the installation properly - and when advised about the one defective window not installed she promised to pursue a replacement ASAP for prompt follow-up installation later! Great "customer service gal"!

America Vision Windows did a very professional job. The team loaded by Michael were professional and completed the job in one day. Grace from the corporate office called after the installation was completed to make sure everything went well.

American vision windows crew installed a window for me and they were very professional the workmanship was very good. The Crew was led by Manuel, Gerardo, Eduardo and Eric they all did a great job. They were on time and very professional, left the job site clean after work was completed. They were mindful of people in house and work was completed to our utmost satisfaction. We had a wonderful experience with American Vision Windows, from our project manager, Jim, to the installation crew which included Manny, Eric, Eddy, Alex Sr, Christian and Gary, to our finance and scheduling support from Cindy and Angela. We replaced all 10 of the original windows of our home and the team was extremely respectful, kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We're so pleased with the beautiful finished product!

Excellent! From Jesse, the sales person who came to tell us about replacing our existing slider with a new French door, to installation by Juan, Valentin, and Diario - everything was great. Folks arrived on time, took about 4 hours to uninstall old door and put in new door, attention to detail, careful with taping off of the floor and area so no dust, etc, pleasant and hard workers. Follow-up call from Jesse was nice also.

Only negative is that if someone on your team needs to use MY bathroom (and someone did 2x) - then said bathroom needs to be left in the manner it was found, i.e, toilet seat down and no mud/dirt on, in, or around the sink and countertop. Especially since paper towels were there for a quick cleanup. I realize folks need to use the bathroom - although I don't like it when contractors do so - they need to be respectful of my space. This wasn't done.

All in all - highly recommend! We are very happy with our new door.

I was able to have American Vision Windows installed in my 4,000 sg ft home in 2018. I have been so pleased with them! April 2023 one of the windows developed a small leak, I called and they got technicians (Manual and Mark) out here within a few days. They replaced the window and replaced a slat of bamboo flooring. Their top notch service, quality they stand behind, personable, and professional technicians make this company a five star standard!
