Zgallerie furniture use this third party delivery company to deliver in atlanta ga who are the worse. I complained on a delivery guy that put small stains on my chairs that where delivered and he lied on the refusal report. I then get a email from zgallerie that this company no longer want to deliver to my home, because I complained about the employee which is insane. Zgallerie need to get another delivery company and new independent contractors due to how they treat customers.

I had two couches delivered and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the American West delivery experience. The two gentleman that came were so professional, personable and nice. I wish every company would use American West for delivery!

AWest outsourced delivery of my furniture to a local delivery service (Need It Now PA) and the service was terrible. They scheduled without consultation and after rescheduling and confirming a date and delivery window, they scheduled a different time. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery crew tracked dirt and grime onto new carpet which left it stained. I would not recommend using America West for delivery.

Shady company, shady business practices, shady to their own employees. Nope.

Note: this review is about the SCHEDULING portion of my experience. I'll write another one once the delivery has been completed.

As others have mentioned, zero empathy, zero understanding, and little professionalism on the part of the agent I had the (dis) pleasure of talking to. It's like I was doing them a favor by taking delivery of the very expensive items I had purchased. I can only hope this lady is not an indication of how the delivery crew will be!
