Nice shop. Looks well organized. Clean and very knowledgeable and forward staff. Only reason they didn't get five stars is the prices were too high for the product, my opinion. If anyone needed tires I would recommend this place.

Very professional and knowledge shop. I was very glad they were willing to install my ST coilovers. There were no issues with the install. My car drives and handles great. I will be very glad to go here for any other car services that I will be needing.

Hit a pothole and got a tire pressure alert driving down 101, stopped here and they had someone looking at it in 5 minutes and a new tire on under 30 minutes. Bummer the tire couldn’t be repaired but great, fast service.

These folks are top notch! Jason in the service department is so thorough and is so good to diagnose and explain the issue, then provide ALL the options, not just the ones that result in add'l services. They go above and beyond every time. I trust them and they're AFFORDABLE and fair. Can't say enough good things about American West Tire and Auto!
