Americana Modern Hotel

Nice clean, quiet rooms. Conveniently located near dining and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our dog was very happy with the treats. We will stay again when passing through Redding. We will recommend to friends also

This really is a lovely hotel, but unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear every step taken by the people above due to wood flooring. I had the misfortune of having a snorer and a talker in the room next door to me, which kept me up all night. Lovely rooms, but I would give this place a hard miss if you want to sleep.

Super cute hotel! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean! Perfect location with lots of food and shopping. Walkable location. Close to rail station and municipal airport RDD.

This was a really fun space to stay with kind front desk folks, thoughtful snacks and waters for guests, along with a fun polaroid collection of their four-legged visitors. Bed was extremely comfortable!

We had a Blast staying here. It's an older hotel that has been Retroized. Super Clean and Modern with a flair. We often visit Redding and will Definitely will stay again.

Stayed her for a Shasta camping trip the night I flew in and the night before I left. It’s a cute remodeled motel with incredibly friendly staff. Would stay here again. It’s walking distance to some restaurants and bars as well

Office staff was super friendly and pleasant. Clean grounds and modern aesthetic. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. You can tell this was newly renovated. Highly recommended.

We made our reservation the day we would be arriving. The staff member that checked us in was so nice and very helpful. The room was clean, well laid out and 10 stars above any holiday express room I have stayed in. I would recommend a stay here wholeheartedly!

After wandering into town I picked this instead of one of the brand names that line I-5. No regrets. Sweet place, nice room with new bed, great outdoor courtyard, and walking distance to a local brewery for dinner. How can you beat that?

We didn’t stay long, but the staff was so sweet and accommodating. The rooms are adorable and were perfect for what we needed, a good bed for my husband and I our 5 kids to rest on our road trip. Everything was clean, well decorated and fairly priced. There was lots of communication and it felt genuine. Highly recommend!
