America's worse eyeglasses Priscilla rep tried to extort large amount of money charging me from $179.00 to $ 35.00 for i glass i owned the frame and all i want is to replace the glass.and this with my insurance that says no co pay and $200.00 benefits. Watch out seniors with this company read your benefits.

Rude lady in the front refused to help me get my contacts, from the moment I walked in she had an attitude. I drove all the way to rancho to get my order in after I confirmed they had them in stock over the phone and she refused to even check to see if they had them. Waste of time and effort.

2nd time coming here. Very happy with both experiences. Received great service from Dr. Abel and Phi. Felt comfortable and cared for. Will be back to this location in the future.

100% recommended! Alejandra helped out my poor old mother with some new glasses and she was super nice.

This was my first time here and the staff that helped me was amazing! Alejandra helped me pick out the perfect glasses. She made the process so easy for me. Dr. Esmaeili was seriously the best! Made me feel super comfortable! Definitely recommend this place to everybody!

I came in to check if my prescription was current, was greeted by Alejandra, as nice a person as I’ve met. She brought me to a girl, Desiree, that helped me pick glasses. Anyways all in all, great service, great place, im happy to find a comfortable place to buy glasses.

10/10 recommend. Staff was very helpful, Luz made check in easily. Desiree helped me pick out my frame and make sure everything fit correct. Alejandra assisted me with getting my lenses. I will definitely be back!

The doctor is nice and helpful but the rest of the staff is horrible, had an issue with some billing and was getting it situated but the other staff thought it was good for them to come look at my paper work and walk off laughing place is very unprofessional and will never come back.

Ordered contact lenses from here USPS lost my package so I dealt with their customer service which was very helpful I called America’s Best to update and let them know my package was lost, the lady I spoke to seemed very annoyed telling me it was not their fault that USPS lost my package which I understand but they were not trying to help me at all just kept telling me to keep waiting after I informed her USPS does not know where my package is. After many phone calls back and forth she finally decided to order me new ones & I have to wait another 10 days for the new pairs

Another great experience.
Came in on a Friday afternoon right after lunchtime there was no line so I didn't have to wait at all. I dealt with three people while I was in the office. First person I dealt was was the doctor's assistant she answered all my questions that made me very happy.next I dealt with the doctor can't remember his name but he pleasant and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and trust me I had a lot. Last will Sylvia help me pick out my glasses and we went through a lot cuz I didn't know what the heck I wanted. Truly a wonderful experience in-store. I recommend you go here. Peace

Great bedside manner from all staff. Instead of being turned down like I was at target optical in Hesperia, I was seen by a kind, professional optometrist. She was able to check my eyesight and get me contacts. She even referred me to a retina specialist since I have had retina detachment surgery and was so kind. Will be coming here for as long as I can.
