I had a horrible experience with Linda. I had an eye exam, and I am a very loyal customer of many years. I just had a baby 1 year ago and my eyes have changed drastically with the hormones. I have had to try several contact trials which wasn’t my decision. Today I went in, my left contact was torn and was asking if I can get another one since it was my last set. She immediately was snobby and told me all the reasons why I couldn’t get the contact. I asked her to still do the eye exam, she grabbed my glasses, said “are we doing this? Because I have others waiting. ” I asked her to give me back my glasses since I couldn’t see. She got up, refused my service, said she was going to call the cops! I asked her to shut the door for privacy since I asked for the assistant manager. She said no and held the door. She said “GET OUT! IM NOT DOING SERVICES FOR YOU. ” I’m still very confused. I got no eye exam, she was yelling at me, everyone heard. I called HR about her behavior. This wasn’t the first time. Horrible service by Linda!

They did not have the frames I wanted after taking me an hour too figure out what I wanted I was told they were not available because you were sold out so I settled for a different style and size I now regret buying you would think for the five hundred dollars I spent that I would have purchased the glasses I wanted and after using the glasses I am stuck with I am disappointed in my self and especially America’s best is not!

Awesome service! Trent & the whole team were really helpful. Eye exam was quick they have a range variety of glasses to choose from. First time ever getting glasses they made it really easy thank you!

10/10 experience here! Would highly recommend. Was greeted by Trenton as soon as I walked in. Linda was very kind and explained every test being performed. Larissa was patient and helpful and honest while picking out a frame.

America's best were incredibly sweet handling my appointment. I had no wait coming in and everyone who I came across was kind. Even when I came back in to pick up my glasses I had my toddler and they were so sweet with her as well. I will be bringing her back when she needs checked

The staff were great! The optometrist was kind and detailed. They had new technology I hadn’t seen with prior optometrist, it was cool to experience. I had gone over right after work and was tired. They made it quick and efficient. I was so pleased and can’t wait to get my new glasses in one week! Special shoutout to Linda, she was funny and sweet.

I love this place! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. When I was picking my frames for my new glasses, the lady that was helping me was so patient and helpful. She made sure to help pick out the right ones that I was looking for. Definitely recommend this place!
