America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Came in because my glasses were broken. A gentleman named David assisted me and repaired my glasses. He did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous and helpful, which I appreciated.

It was my first time at America’s Best. Had a good experience and much cheaper than their competitors. David M helped me out, he was great. Ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses

I had help from Salpi she did an amazing job helping us with information we didn’t know she has nice attire for her job and she was very polite.

I’ve never had an easier experience at a store. They helped us so much very quick very efficient. Love the experience.

I have to get my eyes checked by somebody else now. My glasses hurt my eyes and I have headaches. These people did a really bad job and they rush you right through so quickly that you end up with a bad prescription.

The woman Salpi who helped me with my glasses was very helpful. The front desk person is the only reason this is not 5 stars.

Salon was very knowledgeable and helpful in processing and ordering new glasses. Very impressed with her professionalism.

I am very pleased with the whole experience. My new glasses are attractive and sturdy. I received a follow-up call from David, checking on my satisfaction. As it turned out, I thought that one of the lenses had cracked (not scratched). When I told this to David, he told me to come in for replacement glasses. Upon closer examination, I realized that it was just some paint transfer, which I was able to remove without any damage to the lens. Still, the willingness to replace the glasses was an amazing and uncommon corporate response. I recommend America's Best without hesitation. And they honored their price. No bait-and-switch here. Thanks David at Hastings Ranch for your excellent attitude and service.

Been here for 3years now always het great Service! The people here are really kind and helpful.

Everyone’s so nice, I was having trouble with my insurance and the person that was helping me was very patient. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but we were bonding over wearing thick lenses. When I went there were several people coming in and out. The guy at the front desk was doing so well in making sure everyone was being situated and helped. David helped me during my pick up and made sure my glasses were fitted.

Great visit again for my 2nd time coming to this location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the optometrist is nice and caring. Salpi who helped me at the end of the appointment was nice and helped me choose a new pair of frames.

This place is the best! I got an appointment quickly, full eye exam, and great selection on new frames. Friendly and very professional staff. Very happy customer!
Update: Just picked my new glasses up. I love them!
